The only saving grace was the massage therapist at the clinic I saw at the same time as I was getting treated and that eased my muscles and pain a bit. If I could give a zero rating I would. And I've been to chiropractors before but have always been suspicious of their efficacy. Anyways, I saw Dr. Town at Westhill and after a short assessment, he adjusted my back. My attention was not really on my back after the adjustment until the Dr. asked me how I felt? That's when I realized that the tightness (which I thought was in the muscles down my back....Rhombus??) was gone! In my first appointment, Ali listened to me carefully, examined my shoulder, neck and limited movement. He diagnosed it's frozen shoulder, explained what are the stages of frozen shoulder, took the time to show me what muscles/tendons are causing the pain, what should or shouldn't I do and planed a treatment routine using manual stretches (very painful!!), Laser, ultrasound, Acupuncture twice a week. I highly recommend her for your Physio needs. They are also very strict with their PPE/social distancing measures and the clinic is very clean. Only downside is they make you take off your clean mask to replace with either your own unused mask or pay for one of their own. This defeats the keep mask on at all times purpose . So technically, if another patron had asymptomatic Covid symptoms and took their mask on/off hence dispersing the virus, I'm more likely to get virus too because I had to switch my mask when I entered clinic. Makes no sense to me. Aside from a soiled mask I think this mask protocol is overkill. Hence ~ 4 stars
