I am used to the Walgreens in River Forest and the CVS inside target in Oak Park (I'm from Hinsdale but was living out there for a while and just moved back to this area. It's like night and day. My meds are usually ready same day. Not the next day, after I put my order through in the morning or even 2 days later. You can actually talk to a friendly pharmacy team instead of only leaving a message and then if working miss the phone call back (Again like CVS does). Things aren't all locked behind glass. There is no monotone or bad attitude riddled staff members checking you out or at the pharmacy. This Walgreens is fantastic and has always helped me and been patient with my sometimes dumb questions simply out of reassurance since my experience with other pharmacies was so bad. People don't understand how good they have it. The staff will actually ask you if you need help if you look lost or confused about where something is. Instead of avoiding you on purpose and taking an entire 10 mins after hearing the "assistance needed" call to certain aisles. The overall rating is misleading. Whoever made it that way has to be an entitled a-holes who expect a standing ovation every time they enter the store. Check yourselves. This Walgreens is great.

As an avid visitor throughout locations in Chicago and Chicagoland, I was eager to see what quality this location is. Paired with Exxon, Upside often has cash back offers at this location that I rarely take advantage of when in the area. Why? Because the cash back offers are not as alluring compared to other nearby gas stations partnering with Upside, plus I am always disinterested in getting stuck in the space trying to leave due to the immediate area being congested. Since discovering Amazon Hub Locker (Sophia), I have visited mostly to pick up my Amazon packages out of the locker because it is convenient for me. During my visits to the locker, I have purchased items inside the store like its 7-Eleven branded purified water, Naked juice drinks, coffee, bananas, or pizza out of its heater. I must say that I was dissatisfied with each of my pizza purchases out of its heater, so I would not recommend anything out of the heater because it is likely not fresh! If that is your thing, then go ahead and buy that dried-up pizza with cheese stuck to its package. And during my visits, I have never once had any negative experiences with the clerks, who always get me in-and-out quickly during my sporadic visits. Outside of visiting Amazon Hub Locker (Sophia) for my packages, I am well open to visiting this 7-Eleven again for anything! Anything, but the hot foods.
