This Walgreens has a great location at Wolf Rd. and Cermak. I am grateful they have many different goods and items for convenience. It is nice to have a store nearby where you can obtain food as well as toiletries and other commodities. It looked like they had a large parking lot too. read more

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE I switched from walmart to Walgreens because they are so close, within walking distance from me. Well little did i know they would suck so bad. Communication is key . Convenience be damn, im transferring back to Walmart. read more

What terrible service! I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered at home COVID tests online for pickup. The website indicated the products were in stock. I expected to get an email/text when the order was ready for pickup. That was yesterday. No contact from Walgreens. Today I checked the website for my order status and found the order was cancelled because the items WERE OUT OF STOCK. Again, no contact from the store. I guess Walgreens only wanted my contact information so they can bombard me with advertising. CVS here I come. read more

I am not surprised to hear in the news that Walgreens is not doing well. Today, walking in the store I asked about the travel accessories section. One the attendants there looked at me a bit incredulous and told me to "Right there, look at Health section." She said in a way as if I was supposed to know. I just confirmed again to make sure that it contained the travel stuff. Big mistake. She was even more impatient which I had to point out. As I walked towards the section, I could hear them laughing. I came back to buy, not a word of acknowledgment. I don't blame them. They are young and immature. I blame the management. They need to train better or get themselves trained. They are a sad store. Still the worst pharmacy wait times of a any place I have ever been, by a wide margin. You grow old waiting in the drive thru.

I love this Walgreen's! It is more updated and has Cafe W. The customer service is excellent.

They never have stock. Had no products so made from scratch. They're by Westbrook with 90 units X 4 buildings only 1/3 people drive so this is their grocery store. Never have stock. read more

This is THE WORST WALGREENS ever. I will take my business to another Walgreens, or maybe to Target. I will miss the pharmacy as the pharmacy staff are really great, friendly and attentive I went in today to pick up pictures- the attendant was so incredibly rude I was actually angry. Here is what happened " Would you like to use your reward points?"- Attendant ""Oh! I have points?"-Me "Answer the question"- Attendant Um Excuse me? Seriously rude, she was rude the entire rest of the time to me. I knew better than to say anything as I am sure she would have gone off on me so just tried to be a polite person so maybe she would learn from me. Rude, disrespectful employees. I suggest finding new ones who actually know how to politely interact with people. I know retail sucks, I've worked retail before but there is no excuse for being a giant asshole to customers. I am a polite person. I say please and thank you and treat people with respect. I will not spend time in your store when the employees can't be decent people. read more

Just your average neighborhood walgreens. The staff is very young so if you're buying booze be prepared to wait for a grown up to check you out. It's also super spacious and clean. They sell beer and wine but nothing hard. They also close kinda early so be prepared for that. Otherwise it's big, clean well stocked, has helpful and knowledgable staff, and is the best Walgreens in the area hands down. read more

Ordered a single 4 x 6 photo at 5:30 pm. Email I got said estimated completion time would be 7:00 pm. Patiently waited 2 hours past estimated time (9:00 pm) and still did not receive a order complete email. I phone them and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then got the person who picked up originally. Put back on hold, another wait. Finally got a person who looked up my order. Obviously it had not been processed yet, person said he'd get it done in 5 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before going to the store to pick up the order. When I got there, no photo ready. Someone checked and came back out to tell me their printer was broken. What a complete waste of time. Never going here again. read more

I use to use pharmacy on weekly basis until they started to make mistakes. Now I am trying others in the area. First one was not my but another customers. I saw the pharmacist checking an order out and stating to another person filling them that it was wrong pills and the need to redo it. Second time I purchased antibiotics and have noticed that there is another label underneath mine which meant they reused the medicine on me. I took it straight to the manager who told me that it is ok since it was not open and was never picked up by the other customer. I told him that I also have a concern about privacy since the patient and doctors information are on the label underneath. I got my money back for that one. On another instant which happened last week I had to wait for over 40 minutes for prescription and I was not the only one out there waiting. There were some customers that dropped their prescription last week which was not filled yet. After getting the prescription I went home and what do I find, the antibiotic was not mixed. There was a big sign on the bad to be mixed. I had to go back and wait again so they could fix that. Well this was it for me it's time to move on.
