Some lunch times can be very quiet and some are very busy. You can walk right up to the counter or be waiting 20 minites. There is no pattern to it, days of the week or date in the month seem to make no difference. There is a Christian bookshop to the back of the post office and a small restaurant upstairs which does does good, wholesome food. It is not very cheap, but it is all made fresh on the premises.

He then questioned whether I had confirmation that the package had been received. I handed him the card and also told him I had been to the parcelforce depot an hour earlier and they had directed me here. He then went to look for the parcel and couldn't find it. He then told me to call customer services. I told him I was at the depot an hour ago and it was only then that he offered to help. I'm still standing here and I still don't have my parcel... Story to be continued :/ They finally came through with the goods! Apparently this has never happened to him in all the years he's worked there! And I'm happy because I have my Halloween costume

The post office counter is at the back. They do all the main post office services including car tax, cash withdrawals, postal services. This post office can be busy and queues do form particularly in the mornings. But overall I prefer this post office to the one on Ascot High Street as it is more spacious and there is easier access for pushchairs. Plus you can pick up whatever groceries you need at the same time.

Have never had anything but a prompt and efficient service from the amazing hard working staff team who are there under very challenging circumstances but always conduct themselves in a professional manner with humour and great competence.
