I saw a car online that caught my interest. The price was very reasonable, much lower than similar vehicles on Carvana or CarMax and below Blue Book value. Best yet, I wouldn't have to pay or wait for shipping. I sent a message and within an hour, the car was ready for a test drive. Less than an hour after that, we were finishing paperwork for the car purchase! There was no haggling or pressure. They even shopped around to get me the best interest rate, which was better than what my credit card company or credit union could offer. To top it all off, there weren't a bunch of undisclosed hidden fees. I only had to pay a small processing charge, which was fully disclosed from the start. Mr. Johnson agreed to complete the report and upload it to the IRS. Upon doing so, we were able to get our $4k tax credit. It was a frustrating situation that did finally work out after we invested a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I am grateful the IRS recognized the need to reopen submissions. Apparently a LOT of buyers had similar issues, not just us and not just at this dealership. And I appreciate that Enterprise made it right once they got the chance for a do-over. I understand that businesses are resistant to accepting blame for situations like this, but to not even try to make things right was not best practice. While I'm grateful it all worked out in the end - and I do love my car - I don't think we'll look here again next time we're in need of a vehicle.

They say they have indepth car inspections............ bull crap. I bought a silverado from them then turned around and needed a loud pop in the front end repaired. After a 16 year veteran mechanic kept the truck for 2 weeks said he fixed it. Nope gave it back to them for another 2 weeks and their answer was its a normal pop in chevy suspensions. Took it to a Chevy dealership and the control arms and bushings were shot. So not only do they lie about the issues before they sell you the vehicle they lie about them to not fix them. The chevy dealership fixed the issue and it wasnt worth fightin a corporation who doesn't care about its customers but more the money they spend with them. Crazy thing while waiting in the service area at carmax the 2 or 3 times I was there, most people waiting had the same complaints. "Buying the car was easy, but now there's tons of issues with it and they've had it for weeks!" So if you want a vehicle with issues buy one from carmax, plus the buying of said Sh*t vehicle is easy!!!!

I took it back to GMC to see if warranty is covered and not to touch it before any charges were gonna get charged to me. I got a call the next day saying the warranty doesn't cover it and to replace it again for $1800. I asked them not to do the work I can get the axel replaced for 3/400$ up the block. In return Kagen responded ok. That will be $230.00 for checking it. $230 to tell me what I had already known. What a rip off. I will never bring my service here. Straight rip off. Customer service was lousy & I felt disappointed on my request not to touch it if the warranty don't cover it. Never again
