As always, it was a pleasant experience I was done and out of there in less than 45 minutes . The application process is fast and easy approval. I love working with Frank. I originally was looking at a car at dealer one down the street from there. I got approved online. They called me and told me what my payments would be. And what my down payment would be. And I told him I was on my way. I purchased full coverage insurance for the vehicle paid $333 while I was in route. Only to get there and find out that they did didn't tell me the correct information I needed to bring. I sat there for two hours trying to get them everything they needed. And in the end, they wanted a double down payment of $4000. I was pissed. So I had my friend take me down the street to Frank. I spent $150 to have my car towed by a friend that is about half of what I was being quoted back to Auto solutions where I was informed yesterday that I would need to pay $2,500 for the engine in my car and the labor would be tacked on to the end of my note! I told Nick this was unacceptable. I went by today to speak with Nick and was told I needed to speak to Frank at Auto solutions that he was his boss. I went and spoke with Frank he did not want to give me any resolution so I told Frank he needed to tow my car back to my house by tomorrow morning because I never would have had my car towed there to begin with had I not been told that I was a good customer and they were going to take care of it!!!!! So we go to locate my car to get a charger out of it and damn my car can't even be found on the car lot and Frank literally walked away to deal with another customer instead of finding my damn car!!!!!!!! High priced vehicles and shady. I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima in 2021 that was listed for $9995. Kinda high already but it was one owner and had only 87k miles while the market was high. I thought it wasn't a big deal and needed a vehicle urgently and purchased it. After $4000 dollar down payment I still owed roughly $11k! It was $225 bi weekly for 2 years! I didn't have credit and they offered in house financing at 21% APR, super high but I figured an extra $2100 on $9995. It maths out but after signing the paperwork I saw that the vehicle price jumped from $9995 to $13k! Not even counting interest which came around to $15k! It was $15k for a car listed for $9995 that had a value of maybe $7-8k. No explanation for where the extra thousands came from for the vehicle before interest! Over a year the transmission went out and I had to save money to get it fixed. I missed a payment and they repoed it, I co-signed for it under my fathers name which made him the primary and they claimed to have tried to reach me which I missed, but made NO ATTEMPT to call the primary on the vehicle. After one attempted call ON A CO-SIGNER and not the primary they took it. Summary: High prices, Unexplained markups, and high interest. After $10k, no car, broken transmission, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a vehicle here. High prices, bad service. They sold me the car with an empty tank and refused to fill it - the car had a fuel line come off while test driving; the fitting at the fuel pump was bent. They did not fix it. Additionally, within a week the car had a MAJOR coolant leak from a pipe. Turns out the pipe was sealed with a glob of RTV instead of a proper O-ring. Again, they refused to fix it. Oh well - bought the $10 O-ring and scrubbed out their RTV myself. I didn't mention it when purchasing, but the car also had a salvaged engine. First, the good. Nick the salesman was very personable and did a good job trying to meet our needs. Now, the bad. Their General Manager, Frank, is a piece of work. Here's my story. I live in AZ and have been looking for a used Honda Element for about a month. I found one on their website and my son in law lives in OKC. I asked my son in law to go drive the car and he did. My son in law heard some popping noises in the front end which he told Nick about and Nick and Frank agreed to repair what ended up being a control arm. This all happened last weekend on Saturday. My Son in Law gave Auto Solutions a $600 cash deposit (first mistake on our part) to hold the car until today 9/9/21 (6 days). It was not made clear that this $600 was non refundable in the event I did not purchase the car. There is a sign in their finance office which does state that deposits are non-refundable.......I'm honestly not sure if my son in law ever saw that sign or if the deposit was actually paid in this office where the only sign is, but the non-refundable nature of this deposit was never mentioned to my son in law when he gave them the deposit. When I flew in from AZ to pick up the car today, I wanted to have it checked more thoroughly by a mechanic before finalizing the purchase. The mechanic found that oil was leaking around the main seal and might last for 1000 miles or 50,000 miles before needing repair....no way to tell (It would have been around a $1000 repair). It was also discovered that the front door was rubbing on the front fender when the front door was opened. Mechanic said this could only have been caused by a bump/accident to the front end, even though the car was advertised as having no accidents (the language they used in their advertising was no accidents disclosed). After my mechanic visit, I returned with the 2007 Black Honda Element to Auto Solutions OKC (which has a Warr Akers OK address). I informed Frank of these problems and told him I could not purchase the vehicle due to the leaky Master Seal issue and the apparent accident which caused the front passenger door to rub the front fender. I requested my deposit back. Frank then informed me all deposits were non refundable as stated on the sign in his office???? My response to him was.....you have a car that has a leaky master seal and has been in some sort of undisclosed accident and this does not warrant refund of a deposit? Because he had taken the car off the market for 5 days, I even offered to split the deposit and accept $300 refund.....$300 for his trouble, $300 back to me because of the found defects. In my opinion as a reasonable person, and no matter what a sign says that only exists on one wall in one of their tiny offices, this is a fair way to resolve the issue. This is where the unfairness and unreasonable nature of this man shines thru. No matter what a sign says, things can always be worked out to make both parties happy........It's just good business. Nothing is set in stone. It is obvious that keeping my $600 was much more important than making a customer happy, or having fair business practices. There was much more to our lengthly discussion which I won't bore you with (including at one point Frank getting very animated and referring to the 2007 Black Honda Element as a piece of crap (he actually used the expression piece of SH##). When I asked him what he meant by that, he said all the cars on the lot were pieces of crap (again "pieces of SH##). I am still not quite sure what he was getting at.....only he knows for sure. I am certain he would deny he ever said it if he was ever asked to explain what he meant. I don't write many reviews, only when I have a really good experience, or in this case a really bad experience. This one was obviously a really bad experience. I just chalk this one up to "buyer beware".........and be especially aware of Auto Solutions in OKC. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND CHECK EVERY VEHICLE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PUTTING DOWN A DEPOSIT. My suggestion would be NOT to give them any kind of deposit until you are fully satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and are ready to sign the purchase contract. Based on how I was treated in this situation, I would be very skeptical of any type of good service after the sale. I have attached a picture of the receipt my son in law was given for the $600 deposit. No where on that receipt does it read that deposit is non refundable. Nick was nice enough and no hassles with test driving vehicle. He kind of warned me his prices were near non negotiable. Despite having my garage inspect the vehicle noting the car was missing all underbody and front fender splash guards, engine running lean and a code that had been cleared but showed up in the code history and Gar Gurus (where I found it advertised) showed it was priced $600 over market value before the itemized repairs needed were listed the manager would only come down $100! Sent message next day after walking out to make sure they had my number if they changed their mind and gave them my offer. This review is LONG overdue! In Sept 2020 we found a cargo van at Auto Solutions in OKC online, and we live in California. We called Auto Solutions and despite the long distance, Nick and Frank treated us like we were standing in front of them ready-to-buy, and took care of all the things that we couldn't do from afar. They drove the vehicle for us, took it to a 3rd party mechanic to be checked, and even held the van for us when customers came in-person. We ended up buying this van over the phone, sight-unseen! We flew to OKC to pick up the van and finally got to meet Nick & Frank. They knew who we were as soon as we walked in. This level of service was OUTSTANDING and we could not be more thankful we found them! The true test was obviously the many miles we had to drive back to California in a car we'd never driven before. They were super helpful til they got paid. As soon as they got paid they didn't want to talk to me anymore. I live 1200 miles away and during negotiating they said they would schedule the transport. Well me and my husband went to purchase a vechicle. Mind you my husband called a week prior saying we are interested in buying a vechicle. Frank didnt have the vechicle ready and it was dirty. My husband test drove it and the breaks were shit. Well, they said they would fix it. We left the lot after paying for said vechicle. He said he would have it fixed my monday or tuesday. Frank called my husband tuesday saying our vechicle is ready. He also told us he Could deliever it to us but then said he couldnt. Well we went to get it today and we were 15 away from them. Called and said it would take 30 more minutes. They havent even detailed our vechicle or have the windshield replaced. There is a crack. Also the car is dirty. All of this is say if you have a potential buyer and paying it outright. You would want to make your customers happy. When it was all said and done all the did was fill up our vechicle which they do anyways. I dont recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemies. Ever since Frank took over this place it has been great. I purchased a 2005 F-150 a couple years ago from an old employee and had issue after issue with it. From the transmission and brakes going out, to the engine falling apart it was time for something else. Since I purchased it from this dealership I figured I'd give it a shot to see what Frank, the new owner, could do for me. He was so helpful, he went out of his way to fix up a 2001 Camry for me, which he put quite a good amount of money into for me by the way, and gave it to me in exchange for my broken down truck. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership!! We purchased a vehicle from this business three weeks ago. While we understand that used cars are sold 'as-is", when the sales rep explained that the car had undergone a multipoint inspection and no defects were found, we felt that we had made a good purchase. We were wrong. We discovered that evening that a headlight needed replaced (no biggie). Then we discovered that the vehicle had a bent wheel. Now, the car left us stranded by the side of the road. The "good strong transmission" that was described to us turns out to have faulty cables. When we test drove the car, the air conditioning didn't work. This was immediately fixed by "tightening a loose plug". In reality, the compressor is cracked and the entire system needs to be replaced. I still don't understand how this was missed when the plug was tightened. I called the sales representative who sold us the defective vehicle, hoping that perhaps he would be willing to help us somehow, since even though not required by law, many dealerships will accept a car back within 30 days. As I described the issues with the vehicle, he stated that he wouldn't help even if he could. Again, save yourself the trouble. Absolute worst auto dealership I have ever been to. I found the perfect Audi A4 that I have been looking for, or so I thought. Not even two weeks after purchasing this car, the problems started. The car is currently in the shop as I write this review. Altogether, I've had to replace the water pump, vacuum pump, crossover pipe, fans with new ecm, right AND left valve cover gaskets, cam adjuster solenoid and an adapter seal. I've had this car just a couple of months and have already had to pay $3,400 in repairs. Also, after getting tired of waiting for the title to arrive when he said it would, I called and spoke with his secretary. She informed me that the title was still sitting on his desk. Called him the following day and he tried to lie, saying we should've had it already. After we finally received it, it had last years date on it. Purchased a car from this lot on February 7th. The salesman told me that they had didan oil change and everything. I put $2700 down thinking that I was getting a nice car. On February 22nd I smelled oil so I took it to a local mechanic who told me the car had no oil and looked as if the car hadn't had a oil change in about 9,000 miles. That next morning I took it in to get a oil change. On March 7th the car overheated for the first time so I called to have it towed to a mechanic. Instead of the dealership taking the car where I asked, they towed it to their friends. Their friend lied and said I had been driving the car severely while it was overheating. The day before my payment was due, I called the mechanic to tell him that I was having the car towed to another mechanic. He said ok but called me back 5 minutes later and said that Auto Solutions said they reposessed my car so I couldn't come pick it up. I called the dealership and asked why they repossessed it and my payment isn't due until the following day. He yelled at me and told me that I was 6 days past due. 2 weeks prior they told me that I could change my payments to reflect my pay dates. Guess that was another one of their lies. He then told me that I could make my payment on Friday and keep the car but until repairs were paid for and made on the car I would not get the car back! Bogus right? How does a car lot reposess a car that's current? He said that once the word lawyer was brought up in the conversation that everything then changed. Meaning that they truly know they are in the wrong. This car lot is fraudulent and sold me a car under false pretenses. Hopefully I get justice in this matter but I will not ever do business with these people ever again because they lie and sell cars that have not been maintenanced! read more
