I was looking for a full size sleeper sofa, she recommended a twin size. I looked at the product and ordered it, assuming it was a full and not a twin sized sleeper sofa. I cancelled my order after realizing what i ordered. to rub salt on an open wound, after the fact, i found a sleeper sofa (full size!) from wayfair for less than 300. Im keeping the couch i have, since all it could use is some sewing needle, some cleaning, and not much else. Wayfair may have lost customer for this stunt.

I get that people get stressed out and at first she was trying to help, but when she couldn't figure it out, she should have just asked for help instead of repeatedly berating me.

No big deal compared to the problems we had with the chair as reported in another review. I suggest having them replace stuff if you have the same problem. Also beware of buying off the floor as their warranty policy is murky.
