These are serious matters to address and I mentioned to him how he needed to know without a shadow of doubt (in his heart) that the driver will not do this again. The driver does not belong on our roads driving with no Aloha. On a lighter note, we had a pleasant conversation which led us to prayer exactly where God wanted us to be. You see, the entire time we spoke, I was asking God for direction. In fact, I asked God if I was to make the call today and he said yes. Before making the call, I asked God exactly what I should say, in fact, I wrote down exactly what I was told to say...I did not want to leave anything out or add anything from my own desire. While we were talking, I asked God if Aaron knew him as a Christian and he said, yes! Long story short, we were able to end our conversation with prayer, again exactly where God wanted us to be...giving him all the glory and praise he is due! They must have contracted to your company. Saferide gave me a text confirming my ride. Was told he was circling the complex in a white car. The car arrived 45 minutes late. The drive gave me his name of something like Gandhi, first or last name? He was not speaking good English, and said he was picking up someone else? Yet, he was right at my door. He drove away and the trip was canceled. He made me miss an important doctor visit. When I called Saferide they told me the driver's name. He gave me his name, but said he had another rider to make. Said look for another car was coming to get me. That didn't happen! The drive lied to me when he add someone else was assigned to me. Now Saferide is using your company tomorrow, August 28 to take ne to the doctor. This ride has been confirmed via text, just as the one this driver refused to pick me up when I got in the car. This driver was useless and I can only hope he isn't assigned to me tomorrow. I don't know how you hire thee people, but....This was not even a one star. I have more rides schedule next week. Hopefully, Saferide will assign this to another carrier. Several good reviews, but you hired a person not competent.

That was awesome, communication is always great. We have the same driver from home to my Appointment and my Appointment back to home. I tried requesting this company RER key again, but they gave me I believe of R&B. I scheduled an appointment in a few days early for the pick up. My appointment time which is actually 1:20 PM, but I informed them that it was at 12:30. So that pick up time was about 12 o'clock. Nobody called. I called the MNT, they tried calling R&B company three times no answer which is terrible service. So we ended up using my car. The only reason I don't want to use my car is because I cannot drive at this time due to my neuropathy. And I didn't want my dad to carry the wheelchair putting it in taking it out because it's heavy. But I do recommend this company RERK. So I have my other appointment this coming Thursday, May 28 and I sure hope what happened today. Don't happen again on that day. So it's better if you schedule an appointment for a Ride and your appointment is one 1 PM. Let them know that your appointment is 12 o'clock or 1130. You know what I mean just in case. I don't normally rage on social media but if any of you know people that use wheelchair transport here on Oahu, I had the WORST experience with Tan's Transport. I was warned that this company was awful, and I absolutely AGREE!!! First I spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to tell the guy that he was at the wrong address. He was on the correct street, but on the wrong end of it. I told him over and over to put my address in his GPS. He kept going in circles to the SAME, incorrect address (I know because I heard all the directions on the GPS). I kept trying to tell him where to go, but he kept telling me he's supposed to go to the incorrect address. 40 minutes of this! It was like a bad Rap Replinger cheeseburger episode but not at all funny. He finally says he's at a store which is at the opposite end of my complex but I tell him to just stay there and I'll walk over to him because I can't handle any more stupidity. But there was a lot more. He had another wheelchair passenger in the van already. So he moved her to a seat, loaded my son on, locked him in, and folded up her wheelchair and put it behind him. Mind you this is a regular passenger van. I am not sure if they are authorized to transport multiple wheelchair passengers at the same time or what. At this point we are already going to be at least 15 minutes late for our appointment. We get on the freeway and he asks me if he can stop in Waipio first. (We are going from Kapolei to Kapiolani.) I said no, we are already running late, I took off from work to take him to this appointment, and we are not going to miss it. HE THEN COMPLETELY IGNORES ME AND GOES TO WAIPIO ANYWAY. I'm about to lose my #$(^%&&*. Dr.'s office calls and asks how far out we are, I explain that the wheelchair transport was very late and is now taking us somewhere else first, I estimate we will be about 30 minutes late. They said they will let the Dr. know and call back if we need to reschedule. We get dropped off, luckily they can take us, and I ask the guy if he can just wait because it will be fast and considering all the aggravation he put us through I didn't want to be waiting around after for a ride back home. He says sure. No surprise at all, he wasn't there when we came out. A different driver, same company was there, with two other people in the van. He loads up my son, I get in, we head west. Then we get taken through Ewa Beach. These drivers either don't really speak English or pretend they don't. Are we getting abducted at this point? I don't know. He drops these two perfectly healthy looking people off (family? friends?) at a random house and we finally head home. Oh but on the way home I realize HE IS WATCHING TV WHILE DRIVING US!!!! @#$(^$*&@$%@#()@$^*@$%*( Unbelievable. To think they are being paid all day every day to take medically fragile kids, seniors, dialysis patients, etc. to their medical appointments and this is how they operate! We are talking two different drivers. SUPER SHADY COMPANY!!! I can't believe they are in business.
