They typically rent out in 30 days, (sometimes less.) The owners reside in the community they serve, as do the managers and office staff. They are like minded in their commitment to customer satisfaction. They are always super friendly and helpful. We have always recommended Rittenhouse to our extended family and friends, and many have also partnered with Rittenhouse as "tenants" and/or "landlords." It's great to have "friends" in the business.
