Her salon is located within a larger salon and there is a waiting area. She had a steady line of people coming in to see her, but the wait wasn't too bad. She was rude, denied making an error, and didn't apologize until I asked, "Do you even feel bad?" She eventually fixed it, but acted like it was an inconvenience.
