Dhruti doesn't answer her phone so it took me a few tries, for a few days to finally get an answer. She was friendly and did a good job. She just makes it difficult to make an appointment since all her ads say 'appointment only' - turns out she does take walk ins. Was a pain for this first initial appointment - Other places in the area are slightly less expensive so unsure I will be returning. read more

I have been looking for a new threading studio and found Dhruti's page had tons of great reviews so I decided to give her a call. I left a voicemail initially to see if I could come in same day, and she called me back a few minutes later letting me know to come. Her salon is located within a larger salon and there is a waiting area. She had a steady line of people coming in to see her, but the wait wasn't too bad. Been coming here for a while but I've notice how inconsistent she is with the times that she comes into work. I also have her number and multiple times I'd schedule an appointment time with her and she wouldn't be there and then I'd have to wait. The page also says by appointment only but she is walk in based. After reading such great reviews, I decided to give threading with Dhruti a try. Given all the great things people said about her. I had high expectations- and I could say that she did not disappoint. Called trying to schedule an appointment and she was conveniently available within the next 10 minutes . Located in a salon in downtown Redlands, but has your own private room. Dhruti was very kind and went over expectations before starting my eyebrows. My eyebrows are asymmetric, with one more rounded, and she did such a great job and keeping the thickness, but also shaping them. The entire appointment took around 10 minutes.- quick and painless. The total ended up being $15. I think she did such a great job with my eyebrows and highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their eyebrows threaded! Dhruti does such a good job! I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in years because I had had a bad experience with someone taking most of my growth off and making them too thin. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get them done professionally and she had good reviews online. Was looking forward to coming here after seeing the positive reviews. Walked in and requested a clean up. Left eyebrow came out great. I have no idea what happened to the right. Very thinned, arched, and came out higher/uneven than my left eyebrow. I may have came here on a bad day, but I won't be returning to prevent this from happening again. Over so many years I've had tons of people thread my brows. Dhruti is the best person - she's the only person that's been able to fix other threaders' mess ups and she's the only one I'm going to go to. Dhruti is super quick: she puts on her 5(?) minute timer and gets to work. She trims your brows up first, then starts threading. She shapes them up and somehow, my brows have been getting thicker in the way they are getting maintained by her. I never feel the need to ever do them now after she's been working on me. $14 every month is really good. All my brow hairs have been growing back a lot thinner now too... Dhruti, you're awesome! I've recently just moved to the area and had been avoiding eyebrow threading services after my last experience which left me with really thin eyebrows. I have been plucking them at home for the past year but was never fully satisfied, seeing as my eyebrows were not so much sisters but distant cousins...lol. My eyebrows are very uneven and it's mostly due to genetics but I've always hoped to find a place where I could keep my eyebrows full and make them more even. Dhruti was able to offer that to me and she was able to book my mom and I an appointment very quickly. She was kind and understood exactly what I wanted. I went in today and asked for a clean up on my eyebrows. She did them and left a bald patch on each eyebrow. In horror, she told me that sometimes it just happens and that I should just fill them in. This never has happened to me in my 17 years of getting my eyebrows waxed/threaded. I then had her make them thinner so it could even out the spot. She made them two different shapes and they are extremely thin. If you like thin eyebrows, this is your girl. If you don't, please go elsewhere so you're not ruining your NYE. read more

My main threading lady of 5 years (whom I drove 30m for) has been gone for over 6mos now, so I got desperate and searched and searched and searched for someone else I could trust with my brows. She was MAGNIFICENT! Dhruti was quick, and managed to replicate my old lady's work (one of my main worries!). I haven't had mine done in so long that my arches have sort of lost their angles (a bit more rounded), and Dhruti was able to re-accentuate them just right. Took her less than 2m to clean them up.
