I had the worst experience here maybe it's my fault for going to a threading salon for a wax instead of a waxing salon. I paid $40 for a Brazilian wax and I'm in so much pain because the woman who waxed me had no idea what she was doing! She kept going over an already waxed area with more wax which is an absolute No No. Her latex gloves kept getting in the way, a smaller size and different material would be more helpful. The entire time I was laying there thinking please don't get that wax in my locs! For some strange reason the wax container is above the customers head. There was no where for me to sit my belongings ie a chair or table for my pants. When she was "done" she asked is that fine? My thoughts were "has all of the hair been removed?" I have plenty of hair left in my nether regions. I'm completely dissatisfied! I get that waxing isn't their specialty but maybe this service should be removed from the menu until proper training has taken place.

i got there @6 they close @7. i waited a while for my turn which is 100% okay, but once i was in the chair i kept having to ask for the woman doing my eyebrows to clean up the lines/make them more sharp which is again 100% ok but the reason why im upset is because i asked for the woman to thin it out some more (my own preference) and they said no it looks good. idk if they were in a rush but i waited my turn! anyways i agree to the shape they're at rn. my eyebrows were really swollen because she kept having to go back in to fix what i was asking for and at the end of the service she applies aloe vera like a lot of places but she applied it by rubbing it into her BARE hands and smearing it on my eyebrows and forehead. ive been to other threading places AND IVE BEEN HERE BEFORE and they've always used a cotton ball for sanitization purposes. anyways im home now and my eyebrows are throbbing and really itchy. i apply some aloe and it helps but the next morning both my eyebrows have these nasty rashes on them and they hurt when i touch them. i dont think it was the threading itself that messed up my skin. i'm almost sure it was from the lady using her bare hands (who knows when she washed it last and the same hands that were touching 3 ppl before me). moral of the story if u come here make sure u ask for cotton ball application. i didnt think that needed to be said but here i am with inflated eyebrows. ps. these pictures are from the day after my threading appointment.

I love coming here to see Sam, the owner, because she does a wonderful job in my eyebrows and upper lip area. My skin does get sensitive but she puts aloe vera to soothe my skin. Plus, I enjoy the light massage on my forehead afterwards. You feel relaxed while you're getting the service done. Don't forget to get a card for the visit. I highly recommend that you come here for your threading to be done. read more

I am so amazed! Sam is a blessing. Hands down the best threader I've come across traveling the country. She's very gentle, and doesn't press on your eyes like every other place has. I have very thick eyebrows that can be painful, but my experience here was pleasant, and the results were better than expected. I will be coming back for sure. read more

Got my eyebrows and lip threaded after many years of not having it done! I moved away from the area and never wanted to go to anyone else. I went into this place to have my eyebrows done, what a joke! She left me with more hair than I expected. She didn't even trim my eyebrows and she didn't even thread them along the brow line that is my tattoo! How hard can it be to get that done the way I need! I would not recommend this place. She was difficult to communicate with also, so that didn't help the situation read more

I really liked the way they came out and everything, the lady that did them was really nice but above and between my eyes brows started to like bubble. For the first time, my skin broke out and it was really uncomfortable. I don't know if that's normal but my eyebrows do look really pretty. read more

I downloaded yelp just to write this review, but every time I go, I ask "don't shape my eyebrows just to a touch up" this was my second time going and the first time she did my eye brows a little too think so i let them grow out. I thought i'd give this place a second chance and this time she shaped my brows and did my eye brow WAY TOO THIN. I am always worried going to threading places 'cause the reason I ask to not have my eyebrows shaped and just a touch up is 'cause i don't have think eyebrows as it is and i'm worried that they won't grow back the same. my eyebrows have never been this thin going to a threading place before. i wanted to cry today after my threading 'cause my eyebrow is literally thin and i dread thin eye brows. i hope my eyebrows aren't messed up and don't grow back. now i have to wait a whole month to see. i will probably just end up doing my eyebrows myself. here's to my thin eyebrows. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded here today for the first time since this whole pandemic hit! I got right in and the woman who did my eyebrows was super nice. She made sure to sanitize everything before I sat down, she was gentle, and took her time. She showed me afterwards and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. It was $10 to get my eyebrows threaded. Overall, convenient location, clean and conscientious about covid protocols, genuine, thorough, and reasonably priced. I will likely be back again! read more

I wanted to go to a place to map my eyebrows but ran out of time and didn't make an appointment. Found this gem on my way to Target and was in and out really fast! My eyebrows are super sensitive, so I always give a disclaimer so the employee doesn't feel bad. However, she was very gentle that this was the easiest threading I've had yet! Place does clean up for guys pretty well. Usually only one person to do threading, so wait time per person is about 15 minutes. Not going to lie, I think this threading hurts a bit more than other places. read more

I really love their shop, the main lady is so sweet and makes my brows look so clleeeaaaannn!! Plus they only charge $8.00 for eyebrows only. Which is a GREAT price considering everyone in my area charges $3-4 more!! They have a frequent buyer card, I didn't pick one up but I think it's buy 10 services and get the 11th eyebrow threading free. It's very clean and quiet in there, and I know they're a local favorite because every once in a while I will come in and be 4th or 5th in line. I wish they would open up shop in Ontario/ Rancho!! read more

I absolutely love my eyebrows. I moved from la county almost a year ago and went to the same eyebrow lady a few months back. She left my eyebrows way to thin. When we arrived at the appointment we were greeted by two friendly receptionists and seated in a cozy little waiting area for a few minutes. The suite was clean, inviting and smelled so nice. My daughter is 12 and was a little nervous about getting waxed but Chelsea talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. Chelsea took her time and carefully mapped out her brows before she started to wax. When she was done waxing she plucked out any stragglers and made sure my girls brows were perfect. My daughter and I love the way her brows turned out. She looks like a totally different girl now. :) Thank you Chelsea for being so sweet and for doing such a great job. When you get to the building, the door is locked and you need a code to get in, or she comes and gets you. That made me feel very safe since I would be laying there in a very vulnerable position! Lol! The room was clean, and all equipment was clean and in excellent condition. She was very nice and right away put me at ease. Very knowledgeable about her craft! I used to go and get sugared at a place in Corona that I absolutely loved, but after coming here I don't think I'll go anywhere else as you could tell she really knew what she was talking about, and gave me more information on aftercare, and why our hair grows the way it does. I never knew about a few of the things she told me about and it all made perfect sense and I walked out of there smooth and informed! The care that she gives while actually sugaringing is amazing! She took her time and was as gentle as possible. After the actual sugaring she got in there with tweezers and got a few of the stubborn hairs. I was very happy with the results. I got my underarms done for the first time, and let me tell you how nice it was not to have to shave for almost 6 weeks!!! I will definitely be returning!

Awesome place, everyone should have to visit for threading your eyebrows. Excited when i saw 'The threading zone' on yelp and the reviews made me stop by there. I stay in colton where i don't get any perfect place to go for my eyebrows threading. finally i came here, the lady sindhu who was working on this day greeted me with her elegant smile. while doing she gave me perfect instructions in holding my eyelids, one thing we can clarify that she is an expert in making finely shaped eyebrows. After threading was done, she asked me to check them once. i was totally satisfied with the awesome and perfect shape which she has done. i have never experienced this kind of gracefulness in shaping good appearing eyebrows. no matter how far it is away from my place, i will make sure to visit this place often. i suggest you all to go to this place and add more beauty to your appearance. read more

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was clean and relaxing. My threader was super precise and really took the time to shape my brows perfectly to my face -- they've never looked this good. The process was quick, way less painful than I expected, and the results were flawless. You can tell they really know what they're doing and care about their work. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me, and I felt stared at rather than welcomed. Two employees were seated while another was working with a client, and several people were waiting. When I was seated, there seemed to be a communication issue. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and shaped, which was acknowledged, but the result was uneven and they were not trimmed. I left feeling unhappy with the service. Overall, I didn't enjoy my visit and don't feel I'll be returning. read more

I will never come here again, my right eye brow looks terrible because of a chunk of hair that was taken off. To make matters worse, when I asked her what happened while looking in the mirror, she said " oh that was already there" as if I don't know my own eyebrows! read more
