I had the worst experience here maybe it's my fault for going to a threading salon for a wax instead of a waxing salon. I paid $40 for a Brazilian wax and I'm in so much pain because the woman who waxed me had no idea what she was doing! She kept going over an already waxed area with more wax which is an absolute No No. Her latex gloves kept getting in the way, a smaller size and different material would be more helpful. The entire time I was laying there thinking please don't get that wax in my locs! For some strange reason the wax container is above the customers head. There was no where for me to sit my belongings ie a chair or table for my pants. When she was "done" she asked is that fine? My thoughts were "has all of the hair been removed?" I have plenty of hair left in my nether regions. I'm completely dissatisfied! I get that waxing isn't their specialty but maybe this service should be removed from the menu until proper training has taken place. read more

I went into this place to have my eyebrows done, what a joke! She left me with more hair than I expected. She didn't even trim my eyebrows and she didn't even thread them along the brow line that is my tattoo! How hard can it be to get that done the way I need! I would not recommend this place. I downloaded yelp just to write this review, but every time I go, I ask "don't shape my eyebrows just to a touch up" this was my second time going and the first time she did my eye brows a little too think so i let them grow out. I thought i'd give this place a second chance and this time she shaped my brows and did my eye brow WAY TOO THIN. I am always worried going to threading places 'cause the reason I ask to not have my eyebrows shaped and just a touch up is 'cause i don't have think eyebrows as it is and i'm worried that they won't grow back the same. my eyebrows have never been this thin going to a threading place before. i wanted to cry today after my threading 'cause my eyebrow is literally thin and i dread thin eye brows. i hope my eyebrows aren't messed up and don't grow back. now i have to wait a whole month to see. i will probably just end up doing my eyebrows myself. here's to my thin eyebrows. read more

i got there @6 they close @7. i waited a while for my turn which is 100% okay, but once i was in the chair i kept having to ask for the woman doing my eyebrows to clean up the lines/make them more sharp which is again 100% ok but the reason why im upset is because i asked for the woman to thin it out some more (my own preference) and they said no it looks good. idk if they were in a rush but i waited my turn! anyways i agree to the shape they're at rn. my eyebrows were really swollen because she kept having to go back in to fix what i was asking for and at the end of the service she applies aloe vera like a lot of places but she applied it by rubbing it into her BARE hands and smearing it on my eyebrows and forehead. ive been to other threading places AND IVE BEEN HERE BEFORE and they've always used a cotton ball for sanitization purposes. anyways im home now and my eyebrows are throbbing and really itchy. i apply some aloe and it helps but the next morning both my eyebrows have these nasty rashes on them and they hurt when i touch them. i dont think it was the threading itself that messed up my skin. i'm almost sure it was from the lady using her bare hands (who knows when she washed it last and the same hands that were touching 3 ppl before me). moral of the story if u come here make sure u ask for cotton ball application. i didnt think that needed to be said but here i am with inflated eyebrows. ps. these pictures are from the day after my threading appointment. read more

Which is a GREAT price considering everyone in my area charges $3-4 more!!
