The girls in this location are phenomenal. I truly won't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. (I go to the upstairs location near JCPenny.) my only complaint is that there was no working AC and it's almost 100 degrees outside. I am mortified after leaving this station (2nd floor outside Macy's). I walked in with completely grown in eyebrows, easy canvas, & walked out with no hairs whatsoever. I specifically asked for an arched shape, my eyebrows are now round. She cut the hairs at the beginning of the eyebrow so much that it looks absolutely ridiculous. No brow pencil could do justice for me. Left this place in absolute tears. I was nice enough to pay for the service & even tip, but I will never go back here again after today. They used to do a great job but now, even when you tell them not to make my brows too thin, I have walked out of there (twice) with thin brows. Will not be going back. This last time one brow was left thinner than the other. Terrible. read more

Every single time I go I end up with cuts or my eyebrows get ruined. I always remind the lady not take off my sparse hairs in the beginning of my eyebrows and she always says I know I know all annoyed that I reminded her. So the one time I don't remind her she ruined my eyebrows and now they are WAAAAAY too far apart. She said well you didn't remind me, I see60 customers a day. That's such an lousy excuse.. I work in skincare and if something ever goes wrong I will definitely remember my client and not repeat it. She trimmed them too much and now my eyebrows look empty. This is the third time this has happened. It's going to take months to grow them back. I'm so pissed off and disappointed with the reply I got when she didn't do her job right. I like their various locations within the mall but since they've opened the storefront near JcPenney, I prefer to go there. The staff has always been nice and I love the way my eyebrows come out. For $12 plus a tip I find them reasonably priced and have been cheaper than the salons I'd used to go for waxing. They now have a rewards program. After the 5th eyebrow the 6th is free! I spent over 2 years growing out my thin eyebrows. They finally became thick with a nice shape the way I wanted but they needed to be cleaned up a little. I made the mistake of coming here. My eyebrows are paper thin with bald spots. One is thicker than the other, one has an arch while the other is more round, and I have cuts on my eyelids. So the lower part of the mall near JcPenny threading station has a new service where they do lashes for $70 , DO NOT Go to them for this it's not their specialty. Honestly I got them done Friday and it's now Tuesday and in a matter of 4 days they've all fallen out. I took proper care for them but it didn't matter because they slowly started falling out. I've been going here since before they opened a real store front (I followed them from when they were a little kiosk) however this past experience I won't be stepping foot in there ever again. The honest truth is that te only one worth going to there is named sweetie, all the other girls will either make your eyebrows too thin or too straight and mess up your natural arch. My bingest complaint is their lack of organization in service, meaning that when customers arrive it is up to them to manage who's turn it is. This causes major anxiety to everybody who stares each other down wondering who is next. You can also wait for at least an hour on any given day to get them done by sweetie so be prepared to sit in for a while. On a normal day you get mostly decent people who are genuinely nervous they are going to cut somebody in line so they look up and start asking around who got there when. However the last time I came it was the day before my wedding and I asked sweetie if I can make an appointment so that I can use my time most efficiently that day. She said no problem and I did my shopping and came back at my appointment time. I came in and she gestured for me to sit, whereas a woman began to verbally attack me for going ahead of her so I said 'no problem just go ahead of me' but that wasn't enough, she demanded I leave the shop altogether to which my sister said to her 'she made an appointment, tomorrow is her wedding' the woman then began to go after my sister saying she has things to do and her own life and can't wait, but I offered for her to go ahead of me so this was just an emotional outburst on this customers part. Anyway, all while this happened sweetie did nothing, she sat there silently waiting for the next person to get in her chair she didn't care who. To which my sister looked at sweetie and said 'are you going to take this customer or confirm that my sister had an appointment and move on?' And sweetie says 'well I'm not really supposed to take appointments' to which upset me greatly because why let me make an appointments if you don't offer them? That's not my fault now that's sweeties for poor management. So I'm trying to leave and this woman is yelling at me to leave but at the same time preventing me to do so to the point where it was causing such a scene I had to call my fiancé to come help me get out. The woman continued to verbally assault me even after I left the shop to which none of the management nor sweetie interjected to my aid. I left shaking and crying publically to my car not understanding why people are so aggressive and why this shop can't seem to get their act together and create some type of system so their customers don't need to become cut throats over eyebrows. I feel as if sweetie was concerned she would lose customers if she interjected but now she permanently lost myself, my 3 sisters, my 2 friends, and my mother who have all vowed to not go there again. We have already found a new eyebrow place and it's just as good and they take appointments, and are less expensive. I guess it was meant to be. read more
