I've been going here since before they opened a real store front (I followed them from when they were a little kiosk) however this past experience I won't be stepping foot in there ever again. The honest truth is that te only one worth going to there is named sweetie, all the other girls will either make your eyebrows too thin or too straight and mess up your natural arch. My bingest complaint is their lack of organization in service, meaning that when customers arrive it is up to them to manage who's turn it is. This causes major anxiety to everybody who stares each other down wondering who is next. You can also wait for at least an hour on any given day to get them done by sweetie so be prepared to sit in for a while. On a normal day you get mostly decent people who are genuinely nervous they are going to cut somebody in line so they look up and start asking around who got there when. However the last time I came it was the day before my wedding and I asked sweetie if I can make an appointment so that I can use my time most efficiently that day. She said no problem and I did my shopping and came back at my appointment time. I came in and she gestured for me to sit, whereas a woman began to verbally attack me for going ahead of her so I said 'no problem just go ahead of me' but that wasn't enough, she demanded I leave the shop altogether to which my sister said to her 'she made an appointment, tomorrow is her wedding' the woman then began to go after my sister saying she has things to do and her own life and can't wait, but I offered for her to go ahead of me so this was just an emotional outburst on this customers part. Anyway, all while this happened sweetie did nothing, she sat there silently waiting for the next person to get in her chair she didn't care who. To which my sister looked at sweetie and said 'are you going to take this customer or confirm that my sister had an appointment and move on?' And sweetie says 'well I'm not really supposed to take appointments' to which upset me greatly because why let me make an appointments if you don't offer them? That's not my fault now that's sweeties for poor management. So I'm trying to leave and this woman is yelling at me to leave but at the same time preventing me to do so to the point where it was causing such a scene I had to call my fiancé to come help me get out. The woman continued to verbally assault me even after I left the shop to which none of the management nor sweetie interjected to my aid. I left shaking and crying publically to my car not understanding why people are so aggressive and why this shop can't seem to get their act together and create some type of system so their customers don't need to become cut throats over eyebrows. I feel as if sweetie was concerned she would lose customers if she interjected but now she permanently lost myself, my 3 sisters, my 2 friends, and my mother who have all vowed to not go there again. We have already found a new eyebrow place and it's just as good and they take appointments, and are less expensive. I guess it was meant to be. read more
