I don't know how I missed all the negative reviews. I know eyebrows are not identical they should at least look like they are on the same person or at least not furrowing. After she was done, I noticed they were very different. I asked her if she could please even them out. she flatly said "that is how your eyebrows are" No attempt to rectify. HONESTLY, nope! I get my eyebrows threaded all the time, never this horrible. She ruined my eyebrows!! Joking.....but can I report her to Better Business Bureau. SAVE your money and eyebrows. I left a review on here about a year ago regarding Jeed and how amazing she was. After scrolling through and seeing all these negative reviews about her I decided to update mine. I am still a faithful customer of Jeeds and will not allow anyone else to touch my eyebrows. I am super picky when it comes to my eyebrows and have been to salons that have totally messed them up. When I first went to Jeed, I was nervous because my eyebrows were uneven from their prior woman who had been working there. A year later, and I could not be happier. She listens to everything and knows exactly how I want my eyebrows to be. I can finally say, after a search for finding someone I trust with my eyebrows, Jeed is definitely that person. read more

I'm so relieved I found this salon & met Jeed. I tried out 3 threading salons locally and I'm sold on this location. I was looking for someone who would do my eyebrows exactly how I wanted and she did exactly that. She understood me and didn't make me feel rushed. The other location just left a bad taste in my mouth after having been a customer for a while and got completely turned off when my husband came in with me & even noticed their lack of service. Do not come here. I will now be attending a wedding with two eyebrows that belong on two different people. She clearly didn't care about what she was doing, spent very little time doing it, and from what I read from these reviews probably wouldn't fix it if I went back. She also cut my eyelid. I would never go there again. My 16 year old went there by herself and the woman not only messed her eye brows up, but she added insult to injury by charging her. I was so upset by what she did, I went to go talk to her. I said not only did you butcher my daughters eye brows, you had the nerve to charge her for that. She said "why are mad mommy why are you fighting? I'll do her her eye brows for free next time". She didn't even apologize. Then when I suggested to her that she should do that to her own eye brows she said " oh no I could never work if my eye brows looked like that". Horrible customer service and so rude !!! This place was great when it first opened but the woman who currently works there is extremely rude. Rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs and mumbles under her breath in her native language. So unfortunate because it was so great when it first opened with the other women who worked there. read more

Been coming here for years but I need to find a new place. The main lady always makes the same exact comment to me "you look tired today". And asked me if I shaved! I run two business' myself and that's just uncalled for. I had to call her out on her BS cause i was pretty well rested. Looked in the mirror and said "damn I look good when I'm tired". I walked into the salon and she was on the phone, completely ignored me at first till I mentioned I wanted to get my eyebrows done. Once I was seated she asked if I was Indian and I said no. She got really disrespectful after that, she was like let me take a picture of your eyebrows and I simply told her no because I'm not comfortable and she asked me two more time and I said the same. She got really aggressive with my eyebrows. When I went up to pay for my service she said it's $9 and I simply told her it says $7 outside and she said the prices changed due to COVID and was getting mad that I asked her why the prices changed but I understood and I didn't argue I was ready to pay. I did not tip her because she was being disrespectful the whole time and when I clicked no tip, in Urdu she said I knew you wouldn't. I'm not Indian but I'm Pakistani and I understood her and she got surprised that I knew what she was saying, and this wasn't the first comment she made comments in Urdu she spoke many things and I chose to ignore it but that was the last straw. I have been a customer of this salon for over the last two years to wax my face and eyebrows. I went in tonight around 15/20 minutes before closing to wax my face and eyebrows. The women waxing my face rushed through it even after I said "it hurts" and continued rushing. Afterwards, when checking the mirror I noticed one eyebrow was rounded while one was at an arch. She refused to fix it claiming she was "late" and demanded I pay her for her service. She also did not give me a receipt for the services I paid for and I told her that I was unhappy with the service. She then called me a "Turkish bitch" and that I "asked for too much". I will be contacting the boss as soon as possible and putting in a complaint with consumer affairs. Not how a customer should be treated!! read more

I LIKED Jeet a lot my regular eyebrow lady for like 2yrs. I had a 5 star rating I just removed. I don't know what was wrong with her today, the WHOLE time she did my eyebrows she was on her phone talking and laughing , not even taking a break. Which is usually fine if you don't have to hold the thread in your mouth. Now one of my eyebrows is clearly thinner then the other. I am so disappointed because now I have to find a new eyebrow spot. She couldn't stopped talking for 4 mins to complete the job and now she lost a faithful customer. #priorities . read more

I bought a Groupon for this place for a 4 layer facial. I called the business prior to purchasing the Groupon to see when I could get an appt. I mentioned that I saw them on Groupon and was going to purchase based on appt availability. She made an appt for me the next day. When I arrived I explained that I had an appt and would be paying with a Groupon. She told me it wasn't for "her place" because she doesn't have her business on Groupon so I called the number provided. Lo and behold, the phone rang. Then she asked me how much I paid for it and I said I didn't remember because I didn't. She said I didn't pay enough. I was confused because I didn't list the facial on Groupon, someone there did. Then she said she was going to ask her boss. I said I came to relax and she was stressing me out. I wasn't about to have this rude lady work on my face. So I went into the Groupon app to have the money I spent refunded and she asked me if I was going to give a bad review. Like, I was just trying to get my money back?!?! So, now you get a bad review. Never again. It's not my fault you're business is on Groupon and you don't want it to be. Fix it don't take it out on customers and don't you dare try to squeeze people for more money either! read more

I went one time before for my eye brows they did a great job so my friend recommended getting my eyelashes done there so I did. When I went in all I needed was a fill but she didn't want to do my other eye bc only 2 lashes fell out she said it was fine. So she told me to take them all of and she will re do them. It was only $25 so I said ok. When she finished it looked like my eye lashes weren't even done so I left and 5 min later I came back and I asked her nicely to put more on. She told me it's my fault and she couldn't do that for me bc those lashes look like that. I told her that if she put more lashes in it would look fuller and it would be what I wanted. So she put more in but she started poking my eye and I got all glue stuck underneath my eye on my bottom lashes and I can't get it off now. My eye lashes are still not what I want and I got yelled at by the lady. I will not be returning. read more
