I placed an order for a few shirts for my family and a separate order for a softball team (~$1000). I was told it would be about 2 weeks. After a month, I reached out and was told the delay was due to supply issues. I asked several times if we needed to revise order. Owner assured me it was fine and would be ready soon. Every time I would reach out, he said it would be ready the following week. This went on for 3 months until I finally sent a message cancelling the order (no response). I understand there may be delays, but the lack of communication and consideration was appalling. Unless you are ordering hundreds of the same shirt, your business is not valued here. read more
