I think this company caters to group orders such as baseball teams, etc. Although I am a repeat individual customer, today they gave me my item back and the letters were crooked. I told them the item (a 100% Egyptian Cotton hand towel from JCPenney) was paid for using a $10.00 gift card and $3.34 in cash. After much back and forth, I told them I just wanted my money back. I spoke with the "Owner" and she would only reimburse me $3.34 for the towel and 75% of the price I paid for the embroidery. So, I am out a $10.00 gift card from JCPenney and $2.50 in embroidery. My advice is to go to the Crafty Shack in Harrison City rather than Log Cabin Embroidery as the latter only cares about bulk order customers at this point in time.

Michelle, who did my mani/pedi (different Michelle than the owner) was wonderful and even came out to the car to redo my nail after I nicked it while putting on my seat belt. They even had my favorite O.P.I. color Strawberry Margarita! The store is very clean (the owner started to scrub out the foot bath as soon as my pedicure was finished) and the staff is cheery and willing to talk as much or as little as you want. If you are not familiar with the shop it is actually on the side of the building it shares with Sunday's Sports (you might see their sign before you see the one for the hair and nail salon). There's also a great little Italian place next door (Cafe Venice) that has great drinks and food. I highly recommend having lunch or a snack there before or after pampering yourself at Sunday's!!!
