I called and complained and was told I would receive a 50% discount on my next order. I called to order another dozen roses with the same amount of Lillie's only to find out they were $ 90.85 supposed to be delivered today between nine and twelve o'clock. Called at ten o'clock and was told they wouldn't be ready until two o'clock. I finally went and picked them up myself! I went in November 15, 2024, and ordered a very simple brides bouquet for a wedding; 3 white roses and 3 peach roses with all the trimmings. Paid $59.79. Was told the order would be ready December 2, 2024, at 12pm (wedding at 3pm). They called me at 11:20am and said they didn't have the white roses. If I wanted to wait until 12:30 or 1pm they could have it ready for me. Sorry, that's not acceptable when you have more than 2 weeks to be prepared for my order. My suggestion to you; go find a different florist who is organized enough to have needed flowers in stock. You'll probably pay less, too. read more

I had ordered flowers to be delivered via online from another company. The day it was to be delivered, I was informed the flowers I ordered were unavailable so they cancelled my order without even an effort to offer an alternative. I was quite disappointed and had to quickly look through the website for another florist so that an arrangement could be delivered on time for services. I found Three G's Flowers online and made a call. The person who answered (wish I remembered her name, Ava maybe?) was so kind and had a courteous tone of voice. I explained the predicament I was in and she was quick to assure me they would be able to get an arrangement together and get the flowers delivered before the services. She asked me questions in what flower arrangements I had in mind and she also offered suggestions. She was so helpful. Not only was the customer service excellent, the flowers were delivered within an hour and a half from the time my call with her ended, which was at least 3 hours before the start of the service. Considering the last minute call I made, the flower arrangement turned out so beautiful and the value was exceptional! I highly recommend Three G's Flowers!!! I am ever so grateful! read more

After my mother in laws passing this past weekend in CG AZ, Myself, and my family being from California decided to send some Sympathy flower arrangements to my sister in law. After viewing them on line we chose 2 different arrangements and ordered them and chose the next day for them to be delivered. 1 arrangement was delivered and the other one wasn't but after calling them the next day I was treated with such awesome professional courtesy and the situation was handled immediately and the second arrangement was delivered less than an hour after I talked to them. I ordered an arrangement for my Mom for Mother's Day with a personalized container. I was told I would be sent a picture of the container and the arrangement before it was delivered. Today, I received an email confirmation of delivery, but no pictures. I called and was told they had sent pictures of the empty container and one of the completed arrangement. They offered to resend the pictures. A few minutes later, I receive a picture of something that I did not order. When I called 3 G's back to inquire about MY order, they said it had been confused with someone else's order, but my order was very cute and she was sure my Mom would love it. I explained that is not the point, which was that I was supposed to get a picture of the arrangement and I did not. I will NEVER use this business, again. Unfortunate, as my Mom lives in Casa Grande and I am in Colorado. read more

Can I give no stars? This is the worst business, florist or not. They take advantage of customers on pricing, overcharging in all cases. They deny FTD orders all the time, because they feel FTD didn't charge enough. I was supposed to get flowers via FTD twice through Three G's and both times I never received anything because this company didn't feel like it, but kept the money anyways. Staff is rude and arrogant. I have no idea how they are still in business. Edit: I am editing this review almost 2 years after I initially wrote it because the owner felt a need, after all this time and another recent bad review from someone else, to respond to me. I did speak to someone at Three G's after an order someone sent me through FTD did not arrive. FTD said the order was sent to Three G's and that according to their records the order was accepted, it was only after we called Three G's personally did we find out that Three G's felt that not enough money was paid for the order and that they decided no to fill it. At no time did Three G's call me the recipient, My Mother the orderer, or FTD to inform anyone of their decision. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered all the way from california. Only going off of yelpers reviews you guys did not let me down. Completely 100 % satisfied with the flowers, price & time of delivery. Sending Sympathy to a dear friend over 1,000 miles away was dealt with such grace, professionalism and simplicity. Overall experience I give them a 4, only because I had placed the order on a Thursday and delivery was not availble until Tuesday the following week. After viewing the photo sent of the arrangement I was satisfied. However, I wish they could have added more sympathetic flowers and eazed up on the daisys. Overall rating, i give a 4 star. read more

Every time I have tried to order flowers from here it has failed! I have even gone into the shop and was treated rudely. I don't know why these people seem to think they can stay in business when they treat people so poorly. One example - I found an arrangement on FTD that I liked so I went in to see if they could make it for a funeral. I was told they could make something similar but it would cost twice as much with half the flowers. Because of the emotional state I was in at the time I agreed. I paid for everything and went on my way. Once my head cleared a bit I looked again online and decided to call another florist in town. I told them what arrangement that I wanted. They said they could make it no problems for the price FTD had listed. I called Three Gs back and asked if they where sure of the price and I let them know what a competitor was willing to charge. I was yelled at and told to not waist their time and was hung up on. I called back again and asked to talk to a manager. I was put on hold and another women came to the phone. I explained everything to her and asked why her employee yelled at me. She argued that no such thing happened. I then told her that I wanted a refund she yelled at me again for wasting their time and that if I wanted a refund I would have to go back in. So I did. I was made to wait for the "manager" when I got there before they would give me a refund. I have never been treated so rudely. I also don't understand why they say I was wasting their time when both times I went into the shop I was the only one in there and people where just standing around. There are other florists in Casa Grande. Any of them are better than Three Gs. read more

How about -Negative Stars? This is one of the worst floral establishments, ever. I attempted to call, the week of 2/12/2012 to order a delivery of flowers for my mother. On multiple calls placed, the line kept ringing and ringing. Since I wasn't receiving any help and I could not go to the shop in person, I decided to order my arrangement via Teleflora.com. I had many, many challenges - when my order was finally placed correctly OVER the phone, I asked if my delivery would be done on 2/17. On 2/17, I called 12pm Arizona/MST - same issue as before: the line kept ringing and ringing. They do NOT have an answering machine so a message cannot be left. I called a NUMBER of times each time waiting at least 1 min before hanging up. I finally got a hold of a woman, stated, "Three G Flowers, how can I help you?" before I could muster a WORD, she put me on "hold". The hold was STILL having the receiver on WHILE a local radio station on as "hold music"... REALLY, KNIX is your hold music? Last I knew, they only were an FM station. She did not come back...needless to say, I called again, to try to confirm my mom's order which was to be delievered at her place of business BEFORE 4pm, before she left home FOR THE WEEK! I called again, every min - did the same monotonous thing as I stated before, before I reached a male, 60+ mins later. I asked if they had an order for my mom, he put me on hold, the same KNIX station - when he came back, he stated they received a message from Teleflora earlier this morning for an order, but they did not state what the order was. I asked if it would still be possible to deliver by 3pm as stated on Teleflora's website, "Same Day Delivery" for all orders by 3pm, it was 1:30pm then - delivering to my mother's location outside of CG. He scoffed and laughed over the phone, stating, "Well, you're going to have to call Teleflora, have them fix it, send the order over. We have a delivery over there (in my mom's area) we can have it delivered, but it needs to be here in the next half hour because after this, we close up 'til Tuesday, because of the holiday." Wow, was I appalled. Surely, they were going to help me - NOT. I would think that being a "Mom & Pop" business they would call on my behalf and help out. They never let me HAVE the chance to explain to them that it was for my mom's birthday and I that I wanted her to receive the flowers at work. Needless to say, I ended up calling Teleflora - which I was on hold for awhile to try to get the arrangement to them to fill. I wasn't able to so I called back. This time, in two (2) rings, the SAME woman whom I had spoken to an hour+ ago answered cheerfully, "Three G Flowers! My name is Erin, how can I help you?" I explained to her the situation, and she haughitily stated, "Well, there is NO order here for ******" and you need to call Teleflora. I proceeded to tell her, "Well, coming from a professional and someone in Customer Service you're very rude to your customers...", the old sounding woman, interrupted and said, "Well, I have customers in the store and they are priority..." And I attempted to tell her that she should pause and apologize to whomever is in front of her and answer the phone and tell them a) if they could give them a call back or b) at least put them on "hold", aka the FM Radio. She interrupted again, stated she had 15+ people in her store and that they take priority. She said that people on the phone weren't important and she takes people in person more seriously. I attempted to explain to her that I tried to reach them over the phone multiple times as I wanted them to receive my business. (I know Teleflora, ProFlowers are just wire services and that the orders are just dispatched out) and I tried to explain the previous sentance and still CHOSE 3 G's as they're still getting a small portion. She interrupted me for the 3rd time and yelled at me, "We're a 50 year old business, we've been doing this a long time. You are telling me you purchased thru Teleflora (so apparently they're not doing business with me?), and you are NOT our customer - you need to call Teleflora and explain to them. We do NOT have your business and you said that Teleflora has your business and that's who you need to call. I DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER FOR ****. YOU ARE ON THE PHONE COMPLAINING, AND HARRASSING US BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER FOR YOU. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE AN ORDER FILLED HERE EVER, STOP HARRASSING US. GOOD BYE!" and with that she hung up! SCREAMING! I can honestly tell you, much more was said, and all of it yelling and screaming, all negative and if this is how you operate, especially for "50 years", I'm surprised you even have customers. These folks are horrible and rude. My mother just turn 80 and received flowers from a family member, the flower were on their last leg when they arrived. My mother tried to contact the Three G's and could not get through so she went down with the dead stuff from the plant and they said they could not do anything since she did not bring the pot. My mother drove back down with the pot and they said the plant came from TX and they would have to check with them. My mother said they were very rude to her in the flower shop and to the family member. According to the family member she called Three G's directly and ordered the plant like she does every year. To top it off the told the family member, when she called, that they would only credit her a fraction of the cost since it took her so long to call. Apparently my 80 year old mother's visit doesn't count. Guess what Three G's you don't either. We will be happy to share our experience with everyone. read more

I was down from Las Vegas to be with family after a family member had passed away. After searching for hours trying to find a place that could put together a small floral spray with carnations and the color green.. I was beyond frustrated. Time was running short and the day of I had left a place around 9 o'clock that said that they would be able to do it and they couldn't. Service started at 12. I finally decided to just call Three G's and see what they could do with such a short amount of time. I hadn't called them in the first place because again I assumed that it couldn't be done without more notice. The woman I talked to was very understanding and confident that they could put something together. I was just leaving it in their hands to come up with something that would do. I showed up an hour later with an hour to spare before the service and when they came out from the back with the floral piece..I was floored & speechless. They had come up and designed one of the most beautiful pieces I had ever seen. Erin made sure that we were happy with what they had come up with & the price was beyond reasonable. My husband surprised me with a dozen yellow roses on my birthday.The roses started dying in ONE day. I called the shop and was told freshness could not be guaranteed for more than 24 hours in the summer heat. I asked if that was explained to my husband and did not receive a reply, just that they were not be responsible for the weather. The flowers were in a room where the temperature was 78 degrees. My husband has been buying me yellow roses for 50 years. I have never seen flowers wilt in one day. My sister sent me a mixed bouquet from Natures Nook and after 8 days it is still viable, it also contained yellow roses, which only wilted after 7 days. I cannot believe the treatment I received from this business. read more
