The staff has always been nothing but outstanding and kind, letting me know if something is in stock, and if not, providing an alternative. Sometimes, they have good deals if you pop in on the right day. So why the 4 star? The last couple times I've been in here, there has been no nicotine and now there are no bottles to buy the house flavors. I'm not blaming the staff--they don't control the ordering or supply/demand. However, I have to wonder if the owner reads the reviews or responsibly anticipated shortages due to the ongoing supply issues. When there was no nicotine at either location, I took that as a supply/demand issue, but bottles? I feel like it's a bit of a stretch since there are plastic bottles for literally every juice that comes prepackaged in a 3 or 6 nicotine level. Still, I appreciate very much the kind and outstanding customer service shown to me both times I've been in these past two weeks. Also, I wish they'd carry a better variety of sugar free Red Bull. All they had was regular. I'll continue to reword, but I hope the supply issue is resolved soon.

I wanted to show support to a local business, so I stopped by to this shop to get my geek bar fix. The shop owner was super chill and down to earth. He was going over all the things they sell and answered all the questions I had, and he even let me test my purchase inside. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other shops around Phoenix. They said they got delayed but were at the shop if we wanted to come in. We were still in the area so we went back. The guy that helped us was Adam. Super nice and friendly and knowledgeable. Come to find out we have a very common bond. This shop is super clean and shopper friendly. They are not a dispensary and they don't have a ton of smoking paraphernalia, they specialize in CBD products that are THC free. Somewhat off the beaten path but well worth the trip.
