Clean, easy to get to. Plenty of parking and knowledgeable and helpful staff. In a shopping mall for easy errands on busy days.

Safe location, decent setup, clean, good pricing. Some staff more helpful than others but no problems. When dryers are down, staff has been helpful (taking out their bulk laundry, having me pay for whatever time is on and letting me use the dryer). There was a hiccup a few months back with a machine fire, but they're up and running. read more

This place is horrible. I dropped two small bags of laundry to be done on a Saturday and was never called when they were done. The owner is the one who took my information and said she would call when they were done and never did. I took a chance and went there 6 days later and they said they had a fire and were going to send out the clothes to be washed somewhere else . They never contacted the customers to let them know and if it was ok to send the clothes somewhere else ? she never gave me a name of the place they would be sending them to. I took my clothes and went to another place in Naugatuck and they had them done the same day and called me. I decided to give 3 J's another chance and dropped two small bags of laundry off last Saturday to be washed, again the same women said, I will call when ready. she never did and today I went back 6 days later and they were done and no one called me to let me know they were done. I said to the woman you said you would call and you didn't. she said well we get busy sorry. I will never use this laundromat again. My mom tried it too and was very disappointed when she witness the owner not giving a young girl back her quarters when she didn't see the very small sign that said out of service and the women refused to give the girl back her money back . she told the girl can't you read !!! very rude . read more

I had a poor experience here with a foul-mouthed attendant who insulted me after I attempted to finish my folding approximately 35 minutes before closing. She was mean-spirited and angry, and I won't go back. I wasn't even the last customer out the door. read more

Not much of a selection of laundromat in the area. This one is okay-some large machines for comforters, smaller big machines for large loads, and a couple of smaller machines. Thankfully, I rarely need to come here- I only have two comforters that won't fit in my washer at home. It looks safe enough during the day - in a big plaza with lots of people. It closes at 8pm during the week, 5 pm on weekends. Most of the patrons seem normal, but there were a couple of odd ones here today. No matter - put my stuff in the washer and did errands. Only two chairs to wait in, and no magazines more recent than 2013. All the more reason to find something else to do. The lady who manages the place is quite nice - she put a cloth against the inside of the drier door to keep the black gasket stuff from rubbing off on our laundry. So, nice enough to utilize once in awhile, but if I had to come here a lot, I'd find it depressing. read more

Dropped three quilts to be laundered. They "lost" a queen size down quilt. No apology, lots of excuses and no reimbursement. Stay away.

Ok Ive been lucky enough to have never had to use a Laundromat..until now. My boyfriend and I were going to go to Precision in Waterbury because they have FREE drying and their website was pretty impressive. However, when we drove by there were some sketchy individuals coming in and out and the place was packed. Nope.. not getting a comfortabel vibe. So we decided to try 3Js in Watertown. We arrived and it was in a nice clean plaza, pretty empty and it had tons of machines of all sizes. For my first Laundromat experience this was an A+ one. The 2nd time I came by myself and I was more than comfortable, leaving my stuff and running errands, which is a load off. (hee hee. get it?) read more

Small laundromat. Relatively clean. The ladies that work there are very nice. I drop my laundry off then do my grocery shopping. It could use some updating and a real deep clean but it is functional and has 3 different sized machines. The dryers work very well. Small laundromat, but this place is gross! There was black mold in the soap/ detergent dispenser. I don't know when, but hopefully soon there will be an inspector coming! The owners or workers just seem weird, they stared at me while laundry like I was going to do something. The lady looked mad when I asked for quarters. I don't know if she was having a bad day but, it was a little off there. The good thing is the laundry detergent they give you is pretty cheap. read more

We recently used their dry cleaning services.... Never again! CLOTHES SMELL LIKE DIRTY BATH WATER!! My husband brought in 2 work shirts and a tie for cleaning. When we got home we noticed both shirts smelled awful. The collars of the shirts were never cleaned. The tie had a stain that was never removed.The worst part of the whole situation was when I returned to the dry cleaning area , the lady working there was very Rude ! She ignored my concern over the odor on the shirts . She then preceded to say "if you wanted the collars to look clean it will cost $5". Being that they only charged $2 per shirt they don't thoroughly clean them! I was appalled by her reaction. At this point of course I refused any services from them! And will never return again! I drop off my laundry from time to time for wash & fold service. I usually am greeted by one of the 3 ladies there. They know what I like folded & what I like on hangers. They are pleasant, get it done within a day, & charge a fair price. If you're looking for great music & lattes while you wash, this ain't the place. It is in a plaza where you can run some errands (Chinese buffet restaurant, K-Mart, LaBonne's grocery store, etc.) while your clothes spin. Solid choice. read more

I wouldn't go back to this laundromat. It was clean enough (hence the 2 stars), but they had ONE chair in the place (with about 10-12 people doing laundry) and ONE folding table. I have bone cancer and cannot stand for extended periods of time (yes, of course, the one chair was occupied!), so my husband and I sat in the car (on an 85-degree day) while we waited for our clothes to wash and then dry. And then we folded the clothes in one of the laundry carts because the one folding table was being used. We will definitely be going elsewhere to do our laundry. read more
