I am giving Green Flash 2 stars based on a severely rushed recent inspection and the poor quality…read moreof their past repair work. Recently, I had them come out because I suspected termites in one of our rafter tails. To their credit, they correctly identified that specific spot as just fungus and didn't try to oversell me on treatments I didn't need. However, their inspection was incredibly brief. They spent only a few minutes scanning the house, didn't check the attic at all, and gave us the all-clear. A couple of days later, I had a second company come out for another look. They spent almost an hour doing a thorough inspection and found a severe termite infestation in a different rafter tail that was almost entirely hollowed out. They spotted the signs right through the paint. Green Flash completely missed this. On top of the missed inspection, the wood rot repairs Green Flash did for us 5 years ago (costing about $1,200) have both failed and need to be redone. They spliced a rafter tail that is now loose, and it turns out they miscut a replacement barge board on the back of the house. To cover up the bad cut, they glued a scrap piece of wood over it, which has since detached and is currently hanging off the board. Bottom line: They failed to do a thorough termite inspection, and their carpentry work doesn't hold up. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on their inspections and hiring a dedicated specialist for any actual wood repairs.

He was timely with messages, and even let me know that some parts were missing for repair and ordered it for me. His quote was reasonable in comparison to the cost of a brand new laptop and now that I've had it back for a couple weeks; I can honestly say it feels brand new. Edit 2: oh so you didn't lie about talking to me you just so overwhelmed you couldn't remember all the people that you spoke to which is why you said you didn't speak to me. And you're not dishonest you are incompetent because you had to quote a much more expensive repair instead of doing quick repair. Makes sense considering you are so overwhelmed with business that you would immediately try and push a longer more expensive repair instead of a quick JB weld job. People if you do business with this man you deserve what you get.
