The people are very helpful and nice. Can get very crowded. Only one shopping cart per isle. The establishment is nice but the people that shop there can get very rude. Not really the fault of the store. If you sew a lot you will save money here.

I shopped during the TN and KY shop hopper event. During my visit the store was well staffed. They were very friendly, and alert to my needs - as well to the other customers shopping. They helped me find specific fabrics that I was looking for like minky, TN Vols and other cotton fabric for quilting. I live a distance away in Ohio. They let me know that they offer shipping from the store and also have a Facebook page. That is where I found them during my visit at Pigeon Forge. It was worth the drive. On FB the store has videos of the new bolts fabric they receive, which was very helpful. I will be back to shop in store and will be contacting them for orders to be shipped. Shopping was a breeze.
