This is a dog grooming business. And I have had my dog done there three times. She is a standard poodle. And their prices were very reasonable. I had an appointment in about a week. And they called me and they said they were no longer doing. My dog or any other standard poodle. And I think that is very rude. An unthinkable. They should have told me that before I made the appointment a month ago. I think they have bad manners. And every time I go in with my dog, they are griping about everybody else. And their dogs. If I could it would be lower than 1 star!!! This place is literally the worst place to take your animal! They mutilated my dog and then wouldn't let me have my dog until I paid! They did a rush on purpose because I had called to check on him because it had been over 3 hours when I was told it would only be 2 hours. I wouldn't have minded my dog being there longer I was just curious if I should stay on the side of town that the business is on or if I was okay to go home for a little bit. And they were rude to me in front of my three-year-old son I literally will never ever go there I will never recommend them to anybody and I will only express to anyone I know that owns animals how horrible they really are. Made my step mom wait over 3 and a half hours to get her dog back. Our dog had cut fur all over her. She was also bleeding from her feet really bad. I do not recommend this place. read more

Third time was Not the charm. She is a very good groomer, but her attitude is terrible. First time, perfect, second time someone else did my dog. I did Not get anything I paid for. She said she would make it up to me, when I came back. She charged full price. Got home, she only cut dog's nails on the right side. And None on the left side. She has threatened me all three time I brought my dog in. Stating, if you come inside my shop and I am still grooming your dog dog on the table.........I will Never groom your dog again. I never, ever, did that. There are ways to explain this to customers without threatening them. I do Not recommend Three Rivers Grooming to anyone and will never go back. I am extremely disappointed. It is such a shame that this very talented groomer drives her customers away with her nasty attitude and by not keeping her word. I gave this groomer three chances and big tips. And, once again I have to pay even more to have some one else finish cutting my boy's nails. read more

I called three river grooming to get my dog shaved down and she said bring her right down and I well stay late and groom her for you. Was told to have my dog there at 12 when I arrived the lady said it would be 2 hours before he would be done. I explained it's his first time getting groomed and wanted to stay because I know he would be calmer with me there and the lady got an attitude with my mother and I about us staying and stating that we couldn't and got frustrated with us when we said we weren't going to leave, other dogs there were shaking and looked terrified, if I were you I would look at bad reviews that have been given to this establishment. When you walk in it is very unsettling and you are greeted and treated rudly. When I stated I wanted to take my dog she told me ya that would be a good idea and then tried to argue with me about how she isn't rude and that I am for not understanding her job even though other establishment have no issues with you staying. I will never recommend this place or take any of my animals here. Just seeing how the other animals were treated and terrified made me cry and my dog was crying and shaking so bad just being there for a few minutes. read more

I took my little maltipoo, addie to three rivers dog groomer... the aledged groomer, Gina [ owner ] traumatized my little dog...to the point that when I got her home she wouldn't eat for 3 days every little noise she jumped.... .she went from the class clown and very adjusted. To devistation!!!!!! My little sweety completes me. She is my family. After Gina finished the groom, she let all 3 of her dogs out of a gate, adds was on the floor while I was paying the bill and the 3 dogs she let out attacked and bit my little dog. Please, please help me close her down.... the next day I went in and took adds to see how she would react, she cried when Gina tried to even talk to her, and wanted out the door emediately.......is my dog going to trust again...God help me I hope so.i spoke to other groomers in town to get advice, they all guessed it was three rivers, Gina anyone who has had this experience contact me 541 260 3432 Janet love / martens read more
