I was informed it would be $10 extra dollars to have the dip removed from my nails. I would expect to pay this if I was not having a new service. The dip will have to be removed whether I do dip or gel builder. I am upgrading to a more expensive service that will result in a larger tip and you want to charge 10 extra dollars. You just lost a long time customer.
