I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother while she recovered from knee surgery…read more Shortly after ordering, I received a phone call from Sandy at Bella Florist informing me that one or two flowers in the bouquet they did not have in stock, as they had steered recently towards more Valentine's-y Day colors. She very kindly discussed with me, however, other options, and within minutes I was happy to go with an alternative flower arrangement. I talked to my mother two or three hours later; she had received the bouquet (and the stuffed teddy bear, which I believe Sandy must have upgraded from small to large for no additional charge) and was quite delighted. She sent me a photo and I, too, was delighted with what Sandy had put together. Thank you so much, Sandy!
