Because of the snotty talkback by two girls here I put back my $200 worth of plants and walked out. I'll be finding another greenhouse to frequent. The vegetables were not well marked and I got to the register and when they rang up at a higher price I questioned it. I was told all of those 4" plants are a different price than what is posted all around the rest of the area. Apparently some plants do not have a flat price but EVERYTHING else in the area does! Also the price difference was only on sticks inside of the flats and concealed. All other isles have well marked LARGE signs with individual and flat prices that say "All Vegetables". I tried to explain to the girl that this was confusing to the customer how it's laid out and got told in a very snobby way "if you say so sir" along with a cheeky forced smile with gritted teeth. Bottom line management you need to correct the attitude of some of your staff and please clearly mark sections if there is a difference from all the other rows. I don't know maybe a Big Sign at each end of the isle that says "all vegetables in this row are X price".

This place offers so much in the way of indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and every other plant accessory under the sun. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I brought my friend here who wanted to start getting into maintaining indoor plants in her new home. She picked out a few succulents and a gorgeous pot from Olive's Bloombox and they happily potted all of them into the pot for her to take home. They are so incredible and their stock is constantly changing, so go often & search high and low! So on my way back I passed another business and was looking at things in the windows and at the end I saw some plants. So I go in and talked the young lady and she was very kind and helpful and took her time to show me what she had to sell. I picked out three cute little plants and she off to box them together since I was walking. It was a really great experience and look forward to returning again.

After introducing myself to Judy she was kind enough to bring me to see the coolers in back. There were three of them! And inside each one the flowers were more beautiful than in the previous cooler. I handpicked each of the flowers that I wanted and Judy wrapped them up for me while we shared some light conversation. The customer service was incredible. She was delightful!
