On top of that, I was charged $330 for an established patient visit, which is more than they charged me as a new patient. That goes against industry norms and appears to be deliberate upcoding. The "preventive visit" alone cost me $648, far above any reasonable benchmark. Routine labs and tests were charged at 2-5x national averages, even though I have health insurance. I've filed a formal billing dispute, and I'm prepared to escalate this to Georgia's Insurance Commissioner and the HHS No Surprises Helpdesk. Patients deserve transparency and honest pricing - not bait-and-switch tactics and exploitative billing. Be very cautious if you're considering care here, especially for imaging or outpatient services. I've attached documented proof of the billing discrepancies, advertised pricing, and insurance adjustments if anyone has experienced something similar please raise your voice.
