We couldn't be happier with the results: our dark spots are 50-75% lighter, skin is tighter, smoother (less crepey), even toned, and brighter. The laser sessions can get a little uncomfortable at times, even with the numbing cream, but before and after the laser treatments, you receive services identical to a full facial, so it's very relaxing otherwise. Their laser machines are from Korea, specifically engineered for Asian skin (thinner skin, prone to scarring, more issues with hyperpigmentation and moisture loss), so we choose to go here instead of med spas with Western equipment. After going to this practice for…read moreover 6 years and receiving 5 star treatment from NP Rebecca and nurse Heidi, the one star is for Dr. Kunz and his ever changing turnover of office staff. On June 4, 2026, I arrived to have a B12 injection and was told I owed over $170 and couldn't get the shot until I paid. I had never received a statement of this amount until that day. Previous visits I would ask for the residual balance after insurance and usually paid between $3 and $6. I was outraged. Next step was to analyze what they "claimed" I owed. Calls to my insurance resulted in filing a grievance and appeal against this practice. Much paperwork and many phone calls since June 4 plus the insult of collection service has shown me that their billing bookkeeping borders on fraud and the dr. not caring to respond to my certified letter confirms that new patients should be warned to stay away. Not to mention that my physical well being was put in jeopardy without B12 injections while I start over with a new physician on a waiting list. The billing service amended the amount to $12.74 which I paid with FINAL! and good riddance to them all.

I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself.
