They came, they conquered, and no charge. A month later, the furnace sparked. It is a 3 coil electric and 1 coil had burned out right through. So we are now on a 2 element heater until a new one can be found. Apparently a heater for a mobile home is difficult to find. The original was a Coleman and parts or replacement are not available. So they are currently searching for good replacement. I am particular about brands and will be picky about what they can find. So as of today. This company is outstanding. Friendly, prompt, courteous. Have some good people working there.
