This just proved that Ace was coming up with a reason for the builders to be able to blame us for the leak, because Ace is contracted with our builders. Follow the money. A year later, our thermostat plus sign button just stopped working. We tried to call Ace, because it had a 5 year warranty. They wanted us to pay $100 for them to come out and replace it. We could go buy a new thermostat for close to that price. No one told us that until the day of our appointment too. When my husband told them he was unhappy with their company, the rep hung up on him. All of this is especially disgraceful, because they claim to be a Christian company.
