The advice in the kitchen area made it a much more useful work space than the original. The advice in the bath added room for a more spacious tub and modern toilet. All issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of all. The property they renovated was 50 years old, yet they were able to meld old with new and preemptively replace infrastructure that was overdue for failure along the way at a lower cost.
