What actually happened: We were charged $700. Cabinet cleaning was charged (you can judge from the photos), but the floors were not cleaned because contractors were still finishing up in the house. Most frustratingly, while they initially said they'd return to clean the floors, the franchise owner later refused because the request wasn't made within 24 hours. To their credit, they offered to re-clean the cabinets (after we did it) or give a $50 discount. Still, it felt like an afterthought. If I have to tell professional cleaners where the dust is and what needs cleaning, they're in the wrong business. And the franchise owner should take more responsibility rather than hiding behind policies. If you're considering hiring them--proceed with caution.
