At first I submitted a project through Yelp for cleaners, is how I found them, and they replied quickly to the message, and I would recommend following up with them through the phone number they provide in the message for communications. They came to our apartment initially to help us get a more accurate quote/ estimate, free of charge. We had a pretty big 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony and I requested the balcony to be cleaned too. We were quoted at $250 + 20 for the balcony. They were very flexible and available when it came to scheduling, and they cleaned from 11:30am- 430pm. The place was spotless, I'm jealous that it was a move out cleaning because my place had never looked better. The people that move into this place are lucky (; The cleaning ended up being $300 total but was totally worth it. I've never seen a place so clean. I highly recommend these ladies above all, they are very kind, understanding, hard working, and they found so many belongings in the house that I didn't even know were there (or where they were), but thankfully was able to grab it. Note that oven, fridge, and dishes are extra. I have a 930 square ft condo plus a small balcony and porch. General cleaning for this was $200 and deep cleaning was $350. Almost all places will decide to charge you based on how big your place is or will charge by the hour; this place was the former. I choose a deep cleaning. What I liked was that they were on time for both giving me a quote and for actually coming to my place to clean. I'd say the biggest weakness of this place is that there only seems to be one person in this company who speaks English. I really wish they brought a cleaner who spoke English because the communication was strained and awkward when they cleaned my house. The two biggest stain areas were one of my toilets and my kitchen sink and I really wanted them to focus those. Unfortunately, they only removed 80% of the stains for those two hard areas which was a bit disappointing considering I ordered a deep clean and not a general clean. The other item that was not up to par was that they didn't do a thorough job washing the chairs on my porch. However, they did a fantastic job on the rest of my house. Everything was done in 5 hours and 10 minutes. The last time I did a deep clean, it took the other company 4 hours and 20 minutes. The time it took them wasn't an issue for me because they don't charge by the hour. I really liked how prompt and professional they were overall.
