They were fast and so nice! Got a 50amp box to power my house... only problem was I didn't have a cord and NO STORE has them only online.. I asked Crimson electric if I could plug in a 30amp cord into it as I could get one from a friend to borrow.. they came back out to my house at 830pm, brought an extra 30amp cord and totally redid it so that I could have heat, lights, and hot water! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! A true small family business who treats you like family! 30 min later the neighbor had electricity and they walked me through going off generator and back to main grid over the phone at 946pm at night!
