Harold Harrison, the crowd is smaller, people are kinder, and your experience is focused on health, getting a good workout, and excellent opportunities for classes, strength building, and fitness. Class offerings range from popular zumba and yoga to strength training, Chair Zen, and Fit Pump. Activity groups include basketball, and pickle ball. Something for entire family.
