The location can be a bit confusing to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, as its located in the back of the Tannery Row building (but the GPS brings you to the front). Thankfully, when texting with the studio regarding my appointment, they informed me that they are located in the back and this made things easier. I signed up for the introductory Private Pilates Package which allows me 5 Private Pilates sessions for $200. I have never taken a Pilates class in my life, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated. My instructor, Josee, was very warm, welcoming and explained everything we were doing in detail. The studio itself is really nice as well. It is spacious, open and has several different rooms for the various classes. They offer Yoga (aerial, prenatal, etc), Kettlebell, Pilates and more. I love the ease of being able to book classes online or through the app. I'm excited for my next class!

I have become so much more flexible since starting this class. At the end of each class, we spend a few minutes meditating. It really reduces my stress and I leave refreshed and with a feeling of accomplishment. This class is like extended family, our instructor is kind and explains how each thing we do affects our body. I moved pure barre studio locations and have had a completely different Pure Barre experience after joining here first. The owner (Edwina) is absolutely the most dishonest person as well when it comes to memberships and canceling. Written emails canceling memberships don't ever go into the effect and then they send you bills for months of memberships that you emailed and canceled the right way. If you try to talk to a front desk, they don't have one because they can't hold employees. If you're OK with dishonest Businesses, give them a shot.

Recently moved out of the area and needed to cancel membership since there isn't a convenient gym near new home. Everyone knows what a nightmare it can be to cancel a membership and that's exactly what we got with this gym. After literally months of no response to emails or returned calls, we finally spoke to a new manager who asked me to send individual written letters to the gym to cancel. Did exactly as requested. Post office attempted to deliver for two weeks and the gym refused the letter (the reason for non delivery is on the USPS tracking website. How nice, send us a letter we won't accept. 3 memberships paid for for yet another month. It's February 2022. Our initial request to cancel was in August of 21. Typical shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and look up Orange Theory, 9Round or any other alternative to this gym. (By the way, props to local 9round. Had a membership at that gym as well. When I went to cancel because of moving it took one call and it was done immediately. Great gym, great owner great experience.
