do not hire him. i wouldn't hire him to represent my dog if he were in a accident. first off the…read moreactual attorney is always unreachable. he's never in the office to return calls or answer them. after calling for months getting different receptionist lying about his whereabouts and telling me he would give me a call which never happened. finally i had enough and spoke with someone named giselle and asked for a drop letter because i no longer wanted pablo martinez to represent me. she refused to give me stating that they do not give out drop letters. i asked her to have mr martinez please call me because i no longer wanted him to represent me since no work had been done on his behalf regarding my case. still no call from him. i reached out to the bar association to make a complaint against mr martinez for his unprofessionalism and also the unprofessionalism of his entire office. i was informed that i should put in writing i no longer wanted him to represent me and cc it everyone in the office. i reached out to the insurance company and let them know i was no. longer represented by pablo martinez. and then here comes the calls and emails from mr martinez's office. reaching out to me and the insurance company stating they will be placing a lein on my settlement for his attorneys fees and ask that his name be placed on the settlement check as if he's still representing me. so that he gets paid off my settlement whatever he claims to be his expeneses handling my case but no work or no negotiation of any sort were done on my behalf by him regarding a settlement. he wouldn't even take 10 minutes to return my phone calls. by far the most furstrating thing i've been thru. being taking advantage of by a lawyer that didn't want to do his job but still wants to be paid off my settlement for absolutely nothing. do not i repeat do not hire him for anything. laquita mills
