Wilson put a new motor in my boat, I had a few problems with it but he took care of it. Wilson even came down to the pier in Bay City Mi. on a Sunday, to see what kind of problems I was dealing with. Wilson is a small operation and he tries to do his best to help all his customers. I witnessed that, when I happened to be at his shop picking up my boat around closing time, a customer was heading north for the weekend and he stayed after hours to complete a job so someone would have a good weekend. He has put a new lower unit on my boat, switched the wiring around to make it more convenient to shut the batteries off. Wilson has put many new parts on my boat at a reasonable price and I appreciate having qualified mechanics that know how to fix things right! As far as how quick he gets a job done, I've always been patient and understanding of his situation. My biggest concern has always been am I going to have a reliable boat?

The mechanics pointed out that the brakes were also on the brink of failure. They did a top notch job (with beautiful welds!) on the exhaust and brakes all around in what has to be record time...and we were a walk-in! We were 3 hrs from home in an unfamiliar area with a broken down vehicle and Muffler Man saved our butts! Definitely would recommend to a friend! Thanks guys!
