We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. Nothing was ever good enough for these people. They also switch dates on you so you are never sure when they are coming. Find a different service unless you want to clean before they so call "clean."
