They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! We were long overdue and now are excited to be able to clearly see out. Makes the house feel so clean!

They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.

I recently had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Karin's Services for gutter…read morecleaning. The team they sent to my home had to come back a second time because they did not clean the gutters on the left side of the house, and they were still willing to invoice me at the full amount of $212 when the job wasn't fully completed. Additionally, each time the team came to my property, they conducted themselves very unprofessionally and also left damages to my property and were negligent. They broke two of my gutter guards and left one on the ground and another one loose on the top of the house where I can't reach it. They left gutter debris around the house. They also pulled a gutter loose at the top of the house and there appears to be roof damage. My neighbor who runs a daycare also told me that she saw the team try to put their ladder against my north facing window and she had to tell them to move it for fear that it would break the window. The team seemed to lack the proper training and behaved in a very juvenile manner with no regard or consideration for the damages they caused. I reported this to management while also providing photographic evidence, and I received a response stating that I would still need to pay at least half of the invoice because they came out two times- even though the reason they came out a second time was because they didn't complete their job correctly the first time. All and all, I am very dissatisfied with this company and their performance. I seriously considered taking it to small claims court to receive restitution for the physical damages to my property. I would not recommend this company's services to anyone for any reason given my terrible experience.
