Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. All in All I only spent $400 and my engine was running great. Please come over here! He won't rip you off with Lies about the car! 5 stars in my book especially coming from Chicago, IL.

When I say customer service i mean this driver went out of his way to make sure my crew was safe. He could not tow my truck because it was a heavy equipment, but he called someone that could, set it up and all. Then i had three men in my truck so the other driver could take them do to room. But Chris went out picked up my crew, took them water, stop to get snacks and soda, and stopped to get food. took them to the hotel and made sure they got a room. Who do you know that would do this for someone that called for help?? I can say being a business owner days are not short sometimes a good word and great job makes a bad day so much better.
