worst experience ever. I thought I was ordering from the theater as they came up on the website with the Huntington Theater website. I paid 3X the price that was available on the Theater website and they charged a $65 "service fee per ticket. I tried to cancel within I minute and have been fighting with them for over three hours. I purchased my ticket through Ticket-Center.com in September. I never received my ticket. I contacted them to request they were resent. They just kept telling me to recheck my email. But it wasn't there. I contacted them 4 separate times over the span of 2 months to try to resolve. I was told I was guaranteed to receive my ticket on December 20. You guessed it. Didn't receive. So I made alternate arrangements. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused. I spent 40 minutes of my life on the phone ultimately speaking to Kevin who refused to help me. Heed this warning. The tickets I bought are "bogus" according to the event ticket office and I will not Be allowed entry with them. When you google the venue this site comes up as the top search result and looks official so you fall for it. I was trying to get tickets for a local concert at the Radio Room and they were charging me $59/ticket and saying there was seating together but Radio Room doesn't really have much seating, it's not that kind of venue. Bought way over priced tickets for a NHRA event because I thought it was the only place left to get them. $545 for two and then they sent a email that said I couldn't get them until the day before the race and this was 2 months before the event , they also said I would have to download a app to get them sent to my phone the day before the event. Tickets-Center.com is a ticket scalper and scammer. We used their website by mistake. They design their websites to look official, in this case, the Santa Fe Opera. We ordered tickets for July 3rd, 20224. Tickets-Center.com charged us $414.95 for ticket with the face value of $104.00. And, to make things worse, the seats are in the absolute last row in the building, in the upper balcony mezzanine. The tickets are schedule not to be delivered until July 2nd, we would like to cancel our order, which is not allowed by Tickets-Center.com. Ads on social media say tickets were 40 dollars each, get to the site and the total cost of two tickets is over 200 dollars. Try to refund the tickets due to a personal conflict with the event, tells me that i cannot refund them and then they encourage me to scalp the tickets and sell them online. just awful . . . tried to get a stanford women's basketball tkt online. I erroneously clicked on the first link (shoulda used stubhub, and eventually ended up using stubhub). I bought a tkt for $32.50 (pretty high in hindsight since it wasn't a sellout and i arrived at game time), received and confirmation email and was told i would receive my ticket in the mail. When i arrived at the game, there was no ticket in my email. I called them and they put me on hold for 6 minutes, then told me there was no ticket. . . how does that work? i did buy a ticket and get a confirmation . . . how can a confirmation not actually be a confirmation? When mr unhelpful customer service guy told me i would get a refund in a few days, i told him i just drove 50 minutes and was standing at the gate (unable to get in). He apologized and said "sorry" and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. How about actually helping. . . i ended up finding an even better ticket on stubhub for $19.13. . . I looked at the BBB and saw 3000 plus complaints and thought it was a fraudulent site. It wasn't however. Just a site without a BBB rating and thousands of complaints. Then I got an email my tickets are now for April 25th instead of April 19th which wont work as I I will be out if town. They wouldn't work with me for any other date after telling them the 25th wouldn't work. I have worked with Stub Hub and Vivid Seats previously and have never encountered this. I put in my request and it came back with two tickets in the first row, but did not list the seat numbers. Pricing was around $150/ticket. I also bought parking for the event and that process was awful! I never got the email to actually get the parking but wasn't worried as their purchase email said to wait until right before the event to get the email with the ticket process. I spent the better part of the day of the event trying to get the parking ticket. And when I checked other ways to get parking I found closer parking for half the price. What a RIPOFF!
