Making matters worse is that the shoes are double-stacked, meaning I had to pull out the first set of boxes to see if the boxes hiding behind them were 1) the shoes I wanted, and 2) the right size. This took quite a bit more time than I had anticipated spending on this activity! Once I finally found a pair that was in my size and I liked, I went up front to pay and while there were several employees hanging around the door, only one of them was at a register, so I had to wait for her to finish with the customer in front of me. Then after my transaction was complete, she told the crew that she was taking her break and someone would need to be available in her absence.

The thin fabric quickly developed holes. The photos are from late October, after less than two months of wear. While the employees in Brookfield were helpful, they were unable to process the return because it was past the 45 day return period.
