I had heard about the groomer, Sarah, from a chance conversation at Walmart a few weeks ago. Another woman was talking about her dog's haircut and highly recommended Sarah. After a bad experience at our previous groomer, I decided to stop in and wait until it was time for Teddy's next cut. Best decision ever. We dropped Teddi off at 9:00 a.m. and picked him up a few hours later. Sarah went on and on about how wonderful he was and how well he sat for her--it was so reassuring to hear how well he was treated. The store itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, and every staff member was friendly and gave Teddi so much attention. and if you get a chance to get over to the fish area, one of the associates was thoroughly knowledgeable and how much fun a pair of ferrets would be these were the cutest things if I didn't have dogs, but if you're looking for any new Christmas present a ferret it would be perfect. As a sweet bonus, I found one of Teddy's favorite toys--the Lamb Chop he's loved since he was a puppy--on sale! Pet Supplies Plus also offers a discount, and I saved enough that I'll be bringing our other Shih Tzu in next week. I can't recommend Sarah enough, and the entire Pet Supplies Plus Fairlawn team deserves praise as well. We've officially made the switch!

They used to greet my dog with treats and make him feel comfortable because he (like most pets that go to the groomer) gets anxious. They used to take their time and be patient with him, but now no more. If he even moves an inch on their table or shies away when they first try to blow dry him, they immediately stop grooming him and ask us to pick him up and hand him back to us unfinished. Unprofessional, zero patience, and total lack of understanding of how to groom a sweet dog that has some anxiety is what comes to mind when I think of PetSmart grooming. If you can't handle a dog with a minor case of anxiety, then maybe you shouldn't groom dogs in the first place! Never taking my dog back here again.

They always seem to have what you need. Nevertheless, I will not be back until the COVID pandemic is over. Ohio has had a mask mandate since July, but some of the staff at Copley Feed just ignore it. Just 2 days ago, I was there after Governor DeWine declared an emergency in Ohio because of surging Covid cases. The person who waited on me did not wear a mask at all -- there was not even a pretense of compliance on her part. I have noticed this lax attitude toward Covid at Copley Feed before, and expressed my displeasure. But the lack of compliance has not changed. I hope to return to Copley Feed after Covid is under control.
