I took an admittedly very dirty car to get cleaned. I specifically asked the attendant if the car was not properly cleaned, would I be able to go through the car was a second time. His exact words were: "Yea, we'll take care of you." After going through the wash, the car was still dirty (see attached photos). When taking the car back through, there was a different attendant (only 5-10 minutes after the initial washing). This new attendant called what I assumed was a supervisor. I explained what the first attendant had told me, but the supervisor refused to honor the attendant's promise. They tried to charge me full price for a second washing. I refused and left. what an awful wash! My Navigator was covered in spots, chrome wheels looked worse after the wash. covered in soap scum. The only cleaning products they offer are blue water they claim is a cleaner that just wets the interior and speeds gunk. I drove a half hour to get here to get a great wash and fully clean the interior. I left absolutely disgusted headed home to wash the truck by hand clean the interior with products that are useful. The manager claimed this is how it's supposed to be yet an employee informed me there vacuum turbine was down. There vacuum system is comparable to dragging your household vacuum into your drive way. I have a membership to the location in Aberdeen i would give them a 5 star all day everyday this place truly deserves a zero. I did not get the wash I paid for . The young lady at the entrance was extremely rude when I complained.I ask her to cancel my member membership. I will not bd back. They suck!!! read more

Just went through in my Jeep gladiator. The guy working didn't even tell me that the side brushes are not to be ran on jeeps. Left soap all over my vehicle, when I went to complain, the guy brushed it off as he was in a hurry, and didn't have time to tell me that. So I basically wasted $30 on having soap all over my jeep. Save yourself some money, and wash your vehicle yourself or go somewhere else! read more

They took extra care of my truck when I would bring it through by stopping the rollers from touching the sides because of my damaged running board. all of the workers are excellent people who are attentive in the cleaning of your vehicle. read more

Brought my Jeep here when visiting my uncle. The brushes never even touch the sides. I just watched them spin away without even making contact on my Jeep while I was pushed by so I paid $25 to clean the top surface. Not a good car wash! read more
