Be ready to dry your own car because they don't, but they do give you everything you need from towels to window cleaner to complete the job yourself! I visited this location for a car wash and purchased the Premier Wash for approximately $30, which…read moreincludes a tire shine feature. After going through the wash, I noticed that the tire shine was not applied. I immediately spoke with the manager, K'Ron, who informed me that the tire shine equipment was not working and that maintenance was supposed to repair it. When I asked why customers were not being informed before purchasing the Premier Wash that one of its advertised features was unavailable, he stated that they still had to sell the Premier package even though all of the included services could not be provided. He also said there was nothing he could do about it. What was most disappointing was that no effort was made to resolve the issue. I was not offered a partial refund, a discount on a future wash, or any other form of compensation for paying for a service I did not receive. This is more than poor customer service. Customers are being charged for a package that the business knows it cannot fully provide because of broken equipment. At a minimum, customers should be informed before purchasing so they can decide whether they still want that package. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope the company addresses this issue so future customers receive the services they pay for or are notified when advertised features are unavailable.
