The car wash vertical stands got caught in my wife's passenger mirror, pulling the mirror assembly forward and prying off the mirror glass. We spoke with 2 managers immediately after it happened. They took pictures of the mirror and in fact, pieces broke off in Nabor's hand (manager). They took pictures of it and said they had to do an investigation. Reece, another manager then told us their investigation resulted in a denial of claim because, according to him, their carwash is in perfect condition and NEVER damages any vehicles. He stated it was not their fault. I told him my wife saw it happen when it happened and he was calling us liars. I am an ex Marine and take my honesty and integrity very seriously. The part to replace costs $65 and I am not going to lie for a $65 part. This kid (Reece) has no idea how to provide customer service. To give him a role as a manager is short sighted and a poor choice. My wife and I had 2 vehicles at their place, we did oil changes, inside cleaning, and unlimited washes for both vehicles and we DO NOT APPRECIATE OR ACCEPT BEING TREATED LIKE LIARS. Their commitment to honesty and integrity does not exist and they should be ashamed and embarrassed for their stand that their car wash NEVER damages a single vehicle. I call bullshit on that as the position of the cars, the width of them , the mirrors, etc.. are all different and there is NO WAY IN HELL this NEVER happens. I spoke with Conner, who called me after my encounter with Reece. Conner offered to pay for the mirror and I was supposed to receive a check for the $65 part last week, which has not shown up. I felt better when Conner reached out and took him at his word, but we have received no check just an apology and a comment that Reece handled the situation poorly and against his training. Based on lies and dishonestly alone, DO NOT USE SPLASH CARWASH. A new carwash has opened on AR-5 and we will be changing over our service as I will not do business with an entity that calls us liars while lying to our faces. Well I loved this place till last week . Went around 615 and the car wash was closed, I called and she said we will come open a lain.... I called back in the morning and the day Mgr was great listed to me then called back to apologies. So I went today at 6 and all 3 bays are closed again. I called and the girl said we closed early Bc we have a meeting ... when you pay 30+ a month and when you show up it's closed it's real frustrating....thinking my $30 a month could go to a place that wants to be open or my business....on a side note a lot of great employees and friendly just bad night management..... read more

I hate getting my oil changed. Almost enough to learn to do it myself. Either the mechanics break something, or won't stop trying to sell me shit I don't need, or forget to tighten the drain plug so my oil leaks... But this time, (1st time at Splash) thanks to John Wynne (sp?), it wasn't an unpleasant experience. He was communicative, capable & considerate. It's almost too bad he doesn't work as a doctor or nurse or something, it's so rare to find people with their humanity and intellect intact - - thank you. The one star off is not for the staff or service, but for the exorbitant price of $84 for a synthetic oil and air filter change. I know that's the going rate around here but geez! I can remember when it was $15!... It does come with a free car wash, but I couldn't even think of getting THAT because the chemical smell coming from the bays was soooo strong and gross. Had my interior "detailed", which apparently means wiping off most of the interior. Very dissatisfied with the quality. I waited over an hour and they spent about 10minutes actually working on my truck, between phone checks and small talk by staff. Then they left one of my floor mats out, causing a trip back across town...there was NO quality control check obviously! I called to check on floor mat and describe my dissatisfaction, and was promised some coupons...still haven't received them. read more

I absolutely love their service. Everyone was extremely nice and I love their lobby/hospitality area. It isn't just for show. Everything is refilled and kept up with. The girl up front was very sweet and welcomed us there and offered everything they had. Their lobby was super clean!! Extra FIVE STARS for that reason. Splash is INCREDIBLE! I road tripped across country with my best friend and we were easily over in mileage for our oil change and our car was a hot mess from all the bugs on it. I found this place looking for a car wash & oil change and this was the best combination I'd ever seen. Free carwash with any oil change. They're quick, every person was so kind and had no problem striking up conversation while being joyful. Shout out to Nathan Jones for the constant checking in on us and detail work. I've been trying to look up my online account for I don't know how long and every time I have to re-enter my name my phone number my email what happened to just being able to enter a simple password ? Now I have to I don't know what's up with my account I just had to go up there and cancel it because I'm tired of that that's ridiculous why did y'all change it ? Oh not to mention I got charged twice in the same month because they did change it somehow it opened up account using my phone number and then opened up account using my email. It's just too confusing I agree with the previous poster the times I can make it up there for some reason or another they are closed . It's funny how I tell my wife to take her car to get the oil changed. For one it's time and I noticed a couple small spots in our driveway. Before telling her to go get it changed I ask her to check under the car while she is at work to see if it is leaking, she says no. So I proceed to tell her to take it to them and have the oil changed and to ask the guys if they mind looking to see if they can tell where it is coming from. They say no problem, like they always have but they can't really tell where it is, because like I said it wasn't bad at all, so they say it could be from the timing cover gasket or valve cover gasket. Which first of all it is a 2005 Chevy Impala, and the timing cover houses the timing chain and coolant, so no it's not that. Wasn't a big deal since it was very small drops of oil just every now and then. So obviously it wasn't an issue or they shouldn't have changed the oil in the first place. She got home that evening and I noticed on the receipt that they put Full Synthetic oil in her car which it does not call for that grade of oil, so I get upset that they would even do that because it costs a lot more for that oil... "so what because she is a woman and they charge more for that fluid and knowing she doesn't know the difference they take advantage of her!" I'm upset, so call the manager about it and he is very understandable and offers the next oil change on them so I let it go and didn't think anything else about it until I start seeing oil over all the driveway and it is leaking like a busted faucet! So I check the oil level and It is way to full and if you know anything about oil, a full synthetic is thinner which will cause any leak to leak more/worse and will start to cause all kinds of problems in and around your motor. So I called the local Manager of the department/store back and explained everything to him, showed him pictures of how it's overfilled by this time it's been 24 days since the oil change! But he totally agrees with on every aspect of the situation and proceeds to tell me he will have to contact his boss and get an answer from him about fixing the oil level which took until the 9th of Feb 2023 after I finally got tired of waiting and being very patient about the entire situation, so he finally tells me to have her bring it in that evening when she got off of work and they would at least fix the oil level on it for the time being before it causes more damages while he is still waiting to get an answer from his boss if they were going to help with the repair costs that caused more damages to occur in the motor or outside of the motor, didn't know what it was at the time, ( and that is all I asked of them, just to split the bill with us). so she gets up there that evening on the 9th so they can adjust the oil level back down to where it should be before causing even more damages. And they end up telling her she'll have to come back the next day because they were having trouble with the car that was already in the bay, so she's like ook, should be fine whats one more day after a month of it leaking like crazy and it's still full of oil! So she stops in at a grocery store to grab a few things and when she comes and gets in the car to leave, tries to start it and nope its not starting! Long story short, it winds up that the starter is fried because it has oil all in it.. so we have to leave her car in the parking lot, so the next morning I take her to work and go up to Splash Carwash and tell the manager that has been nothing but nice and in agreeance with me through it all right. He says let me see if I have heard from my boss yet "STILL" again a month later! I tell him they need to have it towed to the shop so we know what's causing or were the leak is now coming from. He says give him an hour at 10 am that morning and he will let me know. So I finally hear back from him around 2pm and he says his boss wants to come look at the car, I said no problem I will meet him up there, this young kid shows up, automatically saying all the oil on the dipstick is from the tube! I finally tell him to stop and I've worked on cars since I was 14 years old and your not going to tell me that is normal, it is absolutely not, plus I have all kinds of proof they over filled it and that it has been leaking like crazy everyday this entire time and the oil level is still showing to be over the max limit. And all I am asking is for help and it's more than far to split the cost of the repair with us. So he doesn't pay for the tow, He say's to keep in touch with the store manager while they do there investigating!!! So after the mechanic looks at the car and fixes it, it turns out to be better than me and the manager anticipated, He only had to replace the starter and the oil pressure sending unit above the starter. They made up lies and said they won't pay anything, half would have only been $246!!! WORSE PLACE DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM!! OWNERSHIP SUCKS AND GREEDY! read more
