My first visit here due to several recommendations from the community. I don't have anything to dry clean so I had no idea on a good place to go. I brought in a long, maroon bridesmaid dress that I had since last September worn twice and never took it to clean (lazy). I went in mid afternoon Friday and ready to be picked up after 5pm Monday. Friendly service upon drop off and pick up. It was $19.94, which I thought was fairly priced. The deodorant marks on both underarm sides of the dress and a dark, long drink stain on the middle towards bottom of the dress were nowhere to be seen. Will visit again! read more

WARNING!! Absolutely do not go To this dry cleaner. They lost 3 items of Mine and tried to hide it by adding hangers with belts from other items. I gave them 3 weeks to find them and they didn't find any of them. They said they looked through video and couldn't find who took my clothes. I even brought them pictures of the missing items, totally $540. They told me to call corporate but corporate said they were a franchise and I had to deal directly. They are thieves. I came in with many questions and spoke with an exceptional employee named Yolanda. She was super helpful and sweet while helping me figure out what services were the best for me. This has to be not only be the worst dry cleaner I've ever worked with but potentially the worst run business as well. Where to start? First they ripped a dress shirt of mine and tried to call me and say I ripped the shirt. It was an obvious rip caused when trying to press it that they tried to pass off(deceitful). To make matters worse, I literally had to chase them and call multiple times over 2 weeks in order to get them to return a call or speak to me about replacing the shirt(which they finally did). About a month later they rip a shirt in the same exact spot. They said they would replace it. I had to call several times to get it done(no communication but finally received replacement 2.5 months later) They are not responsive and always say they will call and never do. My advice would be to avoid as they are not trustworthy and to say they have terrible customer service would be disrespectful to the businesses that actually have terrible customer service. Yancy(the manager) is more evasive than Bigfoot and more unreliable than the McDonald's ice cream machine. Training needed read more

I have been taking our clothes here weekly for at least four years now. We used to use their delivery service, but found it just as easy to drop and pick up ourselves at their drive-through, which has 2 lanes. Very friendly staff. Extremely fast turn-around service. Thrilled with how well this place is operating, especially over the last year. We haven't had any mis-haps with anything lost or damaged, and we drop off a lot of clothes at a time. I often have our little dog with me and they have dog treats on hand as well as bottles of water for customers too. They will provide drop off bags and you can use their 24/7 drop bin too. Garment lost for a month. Finally recovered and returned in shambles. not even cleaned but just poorly placed on a wire hanger. Calling manager was a waste of time. I will never bring another garment for cleaning to this poorly run establishment. read more

So far so good! We have used this dry cleaner about a dozen times. Each time we are met with friendly employees, our clothing is clean and crisp! They offer you complimentary water bottles and chocolates as a kind feature which is a welcomed touch. They open at 7am-7am Mon-Friday, 8-5 Saturday's and 10-3 Sunday's . Don't fret though if you can't make it during those times, they have a drive through ATM that you can pick up or drop off after hours. During open hours they also have a drive through that you can drop your items off with one of their friendly team members too. So I moved to the area a couple months ago and needed a dry cleaner. I did a Yelp search and found Tide, located conveniently on the busy thoroughfare of SR7/441. What I noticed when I first pulled up, is they have a valet feature that you can pull your car up and be helped without setting foot out of your ride. Now clearly, being on Yelp and loving food, I decided I am WAY too embarrassed to do this as I need the extra 20 feet of walking to burn calories off these other reviews. The employees have always been very kind and polite. If you drop your goods off by 9:00am, they will be done same-day, with the exception of Sunday (While they are open, I was told no cleaning services that day). Clothes are always cleaned and pressed well. My lab coats come back nice and white. They offer you water and chocolates as an extra touch. Now with my crazy work schedule, what I find is super convenient is they have a 24-hr, outside drop-off and pick up option utilizing a touchscreen. Once you make an account with them, they give you a special laundry bag that you can utilize to drop off, using this outside electronic gizmo and window. Picking up is just as easy, punching in your phone number and PIN. read more

Last time they lost one of my shirts and couldn't find it for a few days . This time several days for same day service . Of yeah and the employees were so cavalier about it saying yeah machines are broken so you don't want to leave your dry cleaning right ? Last chance never to return . She was incredibly apologetic for what I went through , rushed the status of my clothing to ensure they were ready today , and even offered to hand deliver them to me , on top of offering to wave the cost of the dry cleaning . I could not have been more thrilled with her desire to rectify the bad situation and make it beyond amicable for me . I will definitely return and continue using their services as a result of her outreach to me . I recently brought two shirts to this facility to be laundered. I'm an umpire and both shirts had dirt stains (clay-based) from the infield dirt. These stains had set in over the period of several months and nothing I used eliminated them. I took them to Tide Cleaners. The next day I picked them up and YANCEY, the manager noticed the stains were still highly visible on both WHITE shirts. I explained that I really had no expectations that they would disappear and appreciated the effort. She said, give me one more day to re clean them, I think I can do better. I agreed (nothing to lose). The next day I picked the shirts up and the stains had all but disappeared! I thanked Yancey and went to umpire my tournament. On Sunday we wear white. My fellow umpires commented on my new shirts. I explained they weren't new, just professionally cleaned with a touch of tender loving care! Thanks YANCEY! read more

I dropped off my wedding dress to get cleaned. I received a call 2 weeks later saying it was ready. When I go to pick it up, they said its not ready after looking for my dress for 10 minutes. It "must be out of state". I questioned why I would have received a call and then they went searching for my dress again. A few minutes later they come back and say it is not there and will have to wait and see when it gets sent back to them. I asked if they could look one more time and after another few minutes they finally found my dress! It was hanging on a rack and had not been cleaned. So they almost lost my dress, didn't clean it after having it for 2 weeks, and called to say it was ready to be picked up. I immediately took my dress and ran for it. So disorganized. If they hadn't looked for my dress again I would've left and it probably would've sat on that rack untouched for another 2 weeks. read more

They lost my pair of shorts. It took four months of going back and forth with them but they replaced my pair of shorts with something similar. It was a unfortunate experience. It seems they do that alot. I would recommend them bc they ship their cloths to an outside company which causes them to loses things. read more

Worst dry cleaners ever . I signed up for their pick up and drop off service , they came to pick up the clothes on Thursday , they said drop off is Monday . Monday came and at around 630 I noticed nothing was delivered so I gave them a call the lady on the phone said that usually deliveries happen until 8 PM and not to worry my clothes are on the truck and on their way to be delivered today . WELLL then Tuesday came with still no clothes . I called the place AGAIN to be told that my clothes are actually not even done yet and they will be done by noon which is when the assistant manager will personally deliver them (mind you I told him I need one of the dresses for an event that night ) well 12 on came and no clothes or phone call . I call again and he said my clothes are STILL not ready but he promised he will personally deliver them by 730 PM .. we'll store closes at 7 so good luck trying to get to anyone after that . My clothes never arrived . WEDNESDAY CAME and I was furious because I had plans to wear one of the items the day before . I finally got a hold of the manager ( also since Monday I was trying to talk to the manager but they all refused to transfer me to her ) and she assures me my clothes are on the truck for delivery . She was kind enough to make the driver come drop off my clothes before he resumes the rest of the route . So around 1 pm WEDNESDAY I finally received my clothes . This place is a complete joke and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone . Very disappointed with this cleaners. I used to love them, but they have become unorganized. I brought in a dress to get altered, spoke specifically to the gentleman that would be fixing it for me and was promised it would be ready in a week. I gave them close to two weeks, came to pick it up and it wasn't in my order. Not only was it not ready but they had it listed as a skirt that just needed dry-cleaning even though it was a dress and again I had a long conversation with alterations. They never called to tell me that it wasn't done nor that they weren't capable of fixing it. If I didn't have an event to attend that I planned on wearing it to, I wouldn't have been as upset, but the bottom line is that they should've called me as soon as they knew they couldn't handle fixing it. Don't be fooled like I was with bogo coupon as I absolutely asked the attendant when I dropped of if everything was covered and if she needed Coupon she replied yes on everything being covered and didn't need coupon.. today at pick Up only dry cleaning not laundered shirts buyers be ware of tricky advertising ..... obviously done to trick you into believing it was all covered!!! Last time ! Ok so you can see tide requested that I reach out to them.. so I did and after three emails back and forth with some Corp person or robot.. they referred me back to the original store as I believe they said its franchise owner issue to resolve .. lol that's who should have contacted me from the beginning my review was very clear.. so once again I urge to stay clear and as you may know tide is p &g company so probably not to trust other lines of many products ... Last time they lost a piece of my cleaning and I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to find it. This time I had a minor repair and dry cleaning of a dress which was $30, I got the dress and wore it to work and it was not cleaned. When I phoned up complaining instead of offering me a refund for the cleaning she told me to bring it in. Bad customer service and not ideal at all to not clean clothes when you are a cleaner.
