To top that off, we did not pre pay for another year which we had always done previously because I knew we were switching companies. Well, Pure Green still continued to come out and spray and bill me. When I called to tell them I did not want their service and to please stop coming, Brook told me I still owed for Jan because I hadn't notified them to end it! I had always prepaid for the entire year in advance, but she didn't even ask why I hadn't done that. Pretty sure they knew I wasn't keeping them so they just kept spraying. Horrible business practice, but I paid it just to be done with this company! FYI, I do not think this was a rule when we started with them, but I did look at a previous statement and in very small print it says that service is continuous until they are notified.
