Kelsey, who schedules the appointments and analyzes our needs, is always very friendly, patient and accommodating. A new technician, Alex, came by the house today to perform a treatment. From the moment I opened the door, Alex was very polite. He asked questions about the treatment that I needed, did not interrupt or jump to conclusions.
