June, the receptionist, is wonderful at calling to remind you of appointments, dealing with insurance, and scheduling. She always has a smile on her face. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor - once I came at 4:30 for a 5:00 appointment, was brought in 5 minutes before my appointment time, and Dr. Han apologized to me for having to wait! I told him no need to apologize, he's actually seeing me early. Dr. Han listens to you and gives you the time you need with him. He is very open to suggestions regarding treatment and is happy to consider your opinions on things. He does not rush you or make you feel like a number.
